Great location in old town. Ancient building with a cool vibe. Apartment very private, quiet with good AC. Wonderful breakfast by Valentina, who was very charming and helpful.
The tight spiral staircase gave us a moment of hesitation, but once we got bags up, it was not a problem.
There is no name on the outside of the building to say “Heritage Rooms”. We had to ask for assistance to find it. But, the street address would have worked,.

Great location in the beautiful old city but still very quiet. Comfortable bed and big modern bathroom. Amazing breakfast. I could leave my bag in the morning which was very much appreciated as I had arrived early with a ferry. I also really like that you can help yourself with coffee or tea and some snacks (fruits, cakes) at any time.
Not a problem for me but just “good to know”: unless you’re on ground floor there is a tiny spiral staircase to access the rooms which could be a challenge with big luggage.

The location is perfect, and close to many good restaurants. The host is very responsive
There isn’t a lift on a very small stair to go up, not easy if you have big bags. The hot water didn’t last very long

Clean , good clean crisp sheets . Very good bathroom .
No fan , aircon not operating.
Spiral staircase was very difficult to manage with luggage.
