I arrived at night and found it difficult to actually find the house - poor lighting and difficult to find house numbers. Then the front door lock did not work. I felt vulnerable in a strange and dark neighborhood. I had to use an old fashioned hide-a-key and felt less than entirely safe the remainder of my 3 days here. To get inside and find there was not toilet paper for the night and the morning was very disappointing.

Stayed here for a conference. Listing says 9000sq ft. It’s a small 2 bedroom one bath. Neighborhood is a little sketchy. Lots of homeless and drug users wandering around. Overall the place was clean, but there was lots of trash under the bed. Kitchen supplies are sparse. The WiFi is just sitting on the floor below the TV. Not sure why they don’t have a small table or something there. You better like very firm beds. AC works great! That was a huge plus. Overall for the price it is very reasonable. Just needs a little more TLC.

Positives - Nice little bungalow in a decent neighborhood. Good location. Comfy beds. Negatives - in desperate need of a good cleaning. Spider webs in the ceiling corners. Bugs crawling around regularly. Found one in one of the beds. Bathroom sink hot water is finicky. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Overall decent place to stay for the money. It just needs a good cleaning and the place is so small it shouldn't take much more than an hour of effort to get the place up to par.

The floors were extremely dirty, there were not enough towel supplies in bath or kitchen, the pull out sofa was damaged and not fit to sleep in!!The managers emailed back about towels, but nothing else was addressed.

This property is very poorly maintained. There was a massive pile of garbage immediately by the side door and right in front of where you are supposed to park. The inside of the home was full of bugs and there were dead bugs all over the floor and in the bedding. The pillows and towels had stains and the house had a very bad odor. This place was just very poorly cleaned in general. Our check in time was at 5 because the cleaners needed extra time to clean but you wouldn’t know that anyone did anything by the looks of it. Very unpleasant experience.

The property was fine for our basic needs but there were a few things: there are no coffee/side tables in the living room despite the photo. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes so we had to run it before we were able to use any cutlery. There was some dish soap but no sponge or anything to use to wash dishes by hand. The bathtub has no stopper for the drain so can only be used for showers. Somebody nearby has a dog that was outside barking at all hours (there is a second home on the property just behind this one, which shares the driveway, though I am not sure if that is where the dog was). We were only there for a couple days visiting our son and so it wasn’t that big a deal as we weren’t in the house that much, but still… All that said, the host was easy to communicate with and was accommodating of our early check-in request (for a fee) and helpful with info about local groceries, etc.

I stayed at this property for a week while attending the Miss Utah pageant. It was easy to find and was clean and welcoming when we got there. Only a few things that could be better would be more silverware, the garbage can outside empty, and more water pressure in the bathroom. Those were the only issues but I made due and am pretty laid back. Check out was the easiest I’ve ever had. Host was great at communicating as well! I would stay here again.

It's was good because we watched movies and then went to bed and the beds were really comfortable
