Absolutely amazing apartment. It was incredibly spacious, modern and spotless, far exceeding our expectations based on the photos. We were particularly impressed by the size of the patio/balcony and the quality of the outdoor furniture. Given that this was a self-catering apartment, we only expected housekeeping once during our stay, but the apartment was cleaned twice within the week, with fresh towels provided and the rubbish removed each time. I cannot speak highly enough of our cleaner, Anisha, who effectively acted as our host throughout the stay. As we arrived at around 6:30pm, we were informed that the apartment would be left unlocked with the keys inside, which was absolutely fine. However, we found the initial check-in slightly challenging, as no welcome guide or instructions had been provided beforehand. There were two Wi-Fi routers in the apartment and, unfortunately, we connected to the wrong one, which meant we had no internet access. As soon as I messaged Anisha the following morning, she came straight over to help, checked whether we needed anything else, and even asked what time would be most convenient for future cleaning visits. We also experienced a minor issue with the air conditioning, which was dripping slightly, and she immediately arranged for a technician to attend. The problem was resolved very quickly. The 24-hour security was another huge benefit and made us feel extremely safe throughout our stay. The swimming pool was large, peaceful and was basically private which made for a very relaxing experience. We were also extremely grateful to the host (Ajay) for accommodating a late check-out, as our flight was not until 10pm. This extra flexibility made a significant difference to the end of our holiday. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this apartment. The accommodation itself was excellent, but it was the exceptional service and responsiveness from Anisha that truly made the experience stand out.

The only area for improvement would be the sun loungers around the pool. While it was helpful that they could be moved to follow the sun, they weren't particularly comfortable for extended periods of time. A little more cushioning or upgraded loungers would make relaxing by the pool even more enjoyable.

​The overall stay and environment were pleasant, and the unit has good potential. ​The location and general setup offered a comfortable base.

Communication & Check-In/Out: The arrival and departure processes was unclear. Communication during the stay was lacking. ​Emergency Support Failure: We encountered a major issue on the first night when an unbearable party raged on until 04:00. To make matters worse, the emergency number provided was useless—it belonged to a contact who has nothing to do with managing the unit (managed other units). Neither management nor on-site security stepped in to assist or put an end to the disturbance. ​Maintenance & Unit Details: Several minor details were overlooked. Light fixture covers were loose, and various small fittings inside the unit were missing or needed attention. ​Breakfast Monotony: The breakfast offering was extremely repetitive and basically never changed unless specifically requested—and even after requesting a change, it then stayed the same there after.
