definitely cozy! Mike and Harley(his lil jack russel)were exceptional hosts. Personable and cool dude. loved the aesthetic of the room and location. easy to get to and pretty private/away from streets/traffic. close to Sedona, Jerome. easy driving/parking. felt safe the entire time. the morning/night views were gorgeous. had a couple breakfast/morning necessities. hot teas and coffee/coffee maker and creamer available. personal kitchenette was stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups, mugs/utensils. even cooking ware was available. Shower and all water heated up fast. comfortable temperature inside (heater was ran constantly and forgot it was freezing outside haha) the bed was nice and comfy plenty of pillows and blankets. Mike was also very available to accommodate us :)

The Cozy Cottonwood Cabin was very centrally located to all of the different areas we wanted to visit while on our mini staycation. It was very comfortable & peaceful. It had everything, plus more, that we needed to make our stay easy & stress free! The gas grill outside was a very nice, convenient option as we love to grill, be outdoors & the view was a very nice change of scenery & pace from our usual hectic busy lives! Our host was very nice, available when needed (though we didn't need anything during our stay since everything we could have needed was already provided!) & unobtrusive. We could not have asked for better accomodations & we would definitely book here again when we are able to return to the Area for another staycation! Thank you so much, Mike & Harley! It wasn't necessarily a dislike but it would be beneficial in the cooler/colder months to have a separate heat control so guests are able to set the heat temp to their liking/comfort level. It did get pretty warm at night but we also didn't want to waste electricity &/or money by opening a window just to heat the outdoors! 😉😀 LOL! Also, it would be a perfect place 100% of the time to stay if you added even a small television in the bedroom. Since we stayed with our 22 year old son in tow, it would have been nice to be able to watch a movie in the bedroom while he was asleep on the pullout in the living area. But it is most definitely not a deal breaker for future stays at the CCC! Thanks again Mike & Harley! Happy 2023!

It was fantastic, the host Mike was so good to us. The place was so relaxing. We will make this our go to place for future trips to cottonwood. If your looking for a place in Cottonwood Az. I would recommend this place. I give it 5 stars. Bonus was the wine Mike provide for our arrival.

Everything was great

Clean, well stocked apartment away from Sedona traffic but an easy 20 minutes to there and all of the amazing sites for hiking, sightseeing etc. Mike our host was super friendly and available to assist with questions etc. Sweet outdoor space with bbq and view. Bed was comfy, just be aware that it’s a double, not queen size which was fine for us but for some might be too small. We had a ball and this was a great home base! Thanks Mike!

Instructions for tv were a bit confusing but Mike was very helpful and we are a bit tech challenged.

Beautiful views Clean Host was friendly and went the extra mile with bottled water in the fridge, coffee & creamer!
