House was beautiful, and the big windows had so much nice natural light. We had plenty of space to hang out, whether it be relaxing in the upstairs living room or playing games in the downstairs living room. The master bedrooms were huge and plenty of space for everyone to sleep. When the weather was nice it was great to spend time on the huge deck and watch the sun set. There were also some nice lake side restaurants nearby.

Our family of 12 stayed here for a long weekend in April. The views of the lake are the best feature of this house. It feels like you’re right over the water, and the big and plentiful windows allow you to enjoy the beautiful water views all day long. You even get to see the colorful sunset over the lake at the end of the day. Most of the bedrooms have access to the deck and water views. The big deck, also right over the water, was a great feature. It has a handful of chaise lounge chairs too for actual resting, which is an added bonus. The great room is perfect for socializing. The kitchen is quite small, but it is open to the great room. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, cutlery and cookware - more than enough for large groups that are eating and cooking in. On the lower level, a second refrigerator and washer dryer were handy for our group of 12. Two of the bathrooms are en-suite, and the other 2 bathrooms are in hallways (if you are assessing how bathrooms would be shared). Note that the well water does have a mild sulfur odor that carries a little through the house. This is not unusual for rural wells or lakeside homes. The owners have a water treatment system on the house with UV light and charcoal filtration, but it’s worth being prepared for the light smell. Guests should be in good enough fitness to manage a long flight of wooden stairs from parking level down to the house. The gas fireplace and radiant floor heating worked well. Smart TV allowed us to log in to streaming services easily. The owners were responsive to inquiries.

This huge house is right on the water! The view is breath taking! This view can be seen from almost every bedroom and of these bedrooms there are balcony's that you can walk out on from your bedroom. Stunning! Kitchen and living room were the absolute perfect size to host 20 adults for a 40th birthday party. We had the absolute best time!

The house is on Saratoga Lake and has gorgeous views, and is a lovely beach type house. Great set up for little kids with 4 bunk beds as part of a game room with foosball and ping pong. Our grandchildren loved it. Our only complaint is that there was no snow when we were there in February (global warming?) which would have made the view even better. Location is also convenient: ten minute drive to town, and even closer to the race track.

easy, clean and beautiful views

The house was really nice! We have a big family and we were able to fit very nicely. The hosts were very accommodating and always responded promptly to messages. The view is beautiful from every corner of the house and it had different spaces to enjoy our time.

I came across the property looking for a property that was convenient to both NYC and Boston to host my wife’s surprise 40th. What an amazing spot! The home was perfect for our 10 guests (although it could easily accommodate more). The views were unparalleled, even in the off-season. Location was great and very convenient to downtown Saratoga, and Daniel couldn’t have been more pleasant to work with. If you’re looking for a lakefront getaway, look no further.

The house has amazing views of the lake! It was perfect for our extended family of 17 and the owners were very helpful in accommodating all of our vehicles and 2 dogs. Great memories celebrating thanksgiving and our father’s 80th birthday.

We really enjoyed our time here. Many great excursions within 20 minutes. House is well equipped and the owner is a delight to work with. Would definitely rent again.

Love this house! We had 3 families total and had room to spare! The common areas were big enough for everyone to be together but the size and set up of the house also allowed us to spread out and get some personal space. Having the game room downstairs kept the kids busy while the adults were able to spend some time relaxing upstairs in the great room. Sitting out on the deck watching the sunsets over the lake was great. The house was super clean when we checked in which was such a relief. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at this house! The location can't be beat! Almost every bedroom is facing the lake and the sunset views from the wall of windows in the living room or from one of the 4 decks never failed to impress! We were able to rent a boat just down the road and drive it up to the private dock at the house. The kids kept themselves busy on the swimming platform and with the paddle board and kayaks provided by the house. Having 2 master bedrooms with king beds was also a nice perk. The house was super clean and communication with the property manager was prompt and thorough. Parking was a little tight, we had 5 cars parked in the driveway and left 2 cars in a public parking lot in downtown Saratoga. We're already planning our stay for next year!
