The view of the city was incredible on the 23rd floor. The airbnb is located in office building. There are only 2 other rooms/offices once you are inside the locked area of the floor you are on. The bus stop is located right across the street of the building. There was not only a washer, but a DRYER. The host was very nice. There is a nice Italian restaurant downstairs.

On the first night the host asked me if I had a pin. I said yes, but that was a miscommunication on my behalf. I did not realise he was talking about the pin that he would have sent me, not the booking pin. I am new to Booking, and I never received a pin from him via message and he should have known that. I was locked out of the area to get into my airbnb for quite some time, because of the keypad lock, after a late night dinner. I sent a message to the host and he was not responding. My phone was not working because I had an Italian phone number. I got very lucky that the lady at the restaurant I ate opened her door after closing and called him, and he responded. I booked the room with 2 beds, but only had 1 bed, so I thought I misbooked it. The next day after I reviewed that I had booked 2 beds, I discussed the issue. After a long discussion, and him telling me this was the only room he had, he finally said the bed was broken. I told him that if knew there was an issue with the second bed that he should change his listing to 1 bed. He did so immediately. FInally after all that, he offered to place the mattress on the floor, which I accepted, because I was sharing a full bed with my 25 yr old son.
