Clean property and adorable staff, good location to go around city

Public space was good

The freeze was not clean because of not using for a long time. Towel were not replaced. Weak wifi. Call hotline several times but no one picked up.

Good location: in a quiet alley but close to center where all the buzz is. Room is spacious. Hot water in the bathroom consistent. You can fill up your water bottle in the kitchen.

The balcony is not private. You share it with another room and anyone can enter through the common area. Not clean, I found hairs and dust everywhere. The room needs updating. It's way older than in the pictures. Curtains let light through. Hairdryer next to the TV, can't move it to the mirror. You can leave your stuff after checkout but be aware that the reception is mostly unmanned and the front door is open, so don't leave valuable things. All in a it's an ok homestay. It's not expensive but don't expect too much.

Good location. There is a little alley next to the homestay that goes directly to the Hoa Binh roundabout. I takes only 2 mins on foot. Lien Hoa bakery is located on this alley. The host is nice and friendly.

The rooms and the bathrooms seems a bit old than on the photos. The water heater is super slow and weak, you have to wait for 5 more minutes to get hot water. The common kitchen is a bit messy too.

the bed was ok! the staff did speak a bit of English the place is fine if you are just looking for a cheap place to stay close to the night market and many restaurants around. for the price it’s ok.

it’s very cold in the room and also too noisy we didn’t sleep the first night. they were a light from an other room that was lightning during the night. we just stayed one night instead of 3.

The hotel was perfect for our one night stay. The room was kinda basic, but comfortable and the location was great. In total good money-value!

no hot water for our 3 day stay, bed was uncomfortable and practically on the floor, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, the staff were unprofessional, we stayed out ons night until approx 10:30pm, when we returned the gate was shut and the front door was locked, we rung the bell and knocked the door repeatedly, we were locked outside for 40 minutes until someone finally let us in, very unenjoyable stay
