Room was excellent. Very spacious. Pool we also nice. Breakfast was very varied and good food although would prefer if there was an outside area to sit in as it was also too cold sitting inside. But overall very good.
No outside seating for breakfast. One issue we had was someone was inadvertently given a key to our room and they just let themselves in whilst we were in there. Reception were pretty useless when we told them and didn't do or say anything about it. However, when I asked to speak to the manager she could not have been more apologetic and helpful. She dealt with it brilliantly and totally defused the whole situation.

Although the room was classified as a Deluxe Room and we booked and paid for a Deluxe Room, it felt quite basic compared to what we expected. Unfortunately, our room overlooked the garden, and we spent most of our break with a garden view, with occasional disturbances from time to time.
The breakfast was okay, and the dining room team were amazing. The pool was closed due to Yom Kippur.
The room was not worth the rate we paid, as the price was quite high for the room provided. We discussed this with the hotel, and they offered us another room, but it required an additional charge. We decided not to upgrade, as we did not feel comfortable paying extra.
