Alles, die Lage direkt oberhalb der Altstadt und absolut ruhig, das sehr gute Frühstück, das a la carte an den Tisch serviert wird, das sehr freundliche Personal, die außergewöhnlich guten Betten, es gab überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln, so dass ich heute nach meiner Erinnerung zum ersten Mal seit mindestens 30 Jahren 10 Punkte vergebe.

Room was big, clean. Bathroom also big , clean and nice made. All facilities were great, I loved the breakfast room with was like being in a good restaurant

Хороший отель возле входа в старый город. Немного на возвышении. Понравились : постель, подушка, чистые номера. До центральной площади старого города 7-10 мин пешком. Всем понравились завтраки. Но, надо заметить, завтрак это различные вариации из омлета. Есть вегетарианские блюда.

Слабая звукоизоляция в номерах. Рядом жила семья с детьми. Когда они игрались трясся весь номер, возможно и отель. Брали два номера, надеялись что хоть один будет с видом на город. Не повезло.

Probably the best hotel experience i ever had with my family. Good size rooms, clean. Good breakfast. And the staff was very nice. All that and only a 5 minute walk to the center of the old city.

Nothing bad to say.

The location and cleanliness. Also the room lighting, the windows and the bathroom and shower. The minibar fridge was big enough to fit some water and beverages I brought with me.

I felt that there was need for a hand towel bar near the sink. The chairs in the room look nice but the hard plastic makes them a bit uncomfortable.

The location is great - the pretty crowded center is reachable by foot within minutes, but the property itself is on a quiet side street near Tampa Hill. The parking arrangement also was very convenient. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, very clean and well-kept. We liked the contemporary design and the thought put into the small details. The receptionists were very nice, responsive, and helpful.

It'd be nice to have a door between the living room and the bedroom, except for that - all was great.

We have stayed at UpperHouse many times. We are always greeted warmly and enjoy our stay. The location is perfect for walking to the plaza for dinner and for a nice stroll nearby. There is enough parking for all guests. The rooms are spacious and the air conditioning works well in the summer. The beds are large. The breakfast truly is fabulous - ordered from a menu, served quickly, and always tastes delicious. We have told friends about it and highly recommend it.

The bed mattresses are memory foam, which create warmth. I personally don't like how warm I get while sleeping.

The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean, had all the necessary items, bathroom was spacious and clean. Also, the breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommend it, and will book once more if we'll stay in Brasov again.
