Spotlessly clean apartment at a very good price compared to the quality, in a very good location close to the center, with a wonderful balcony, easy parking and a very hospitable and helpful host!

Everything was clean when I arrived. The place is located in a quiet area, it is spacious for a couple, it has AC, and it is around 10-15 minutes walking from the centre. The owners were very responsive. I contacted them twice, and they reacted properly to answer any questions. In particular, I locked myself out by mistake, and they sent someone to help out. I did not cook or use the wifi, so I can't comment on that (but everything seemed to work well). Thanks a lot!
I was a bit confused about the electricity in the apartment. You need to use the card that comes with the keys to activate the electricity, like in a Hotel. This could be informed from the beginning, together with the other information. Apart from that small detail, all good ; )
