The property itself was very nice. The information on Expedia is not correct. It states that there is a free shuttle within 3 miles as well as a free shuttle to the train station. The hotel has no shuttles whatsoever. Made it a little more difficult to get around for us since we were planning on the shuttles.

I arrived early and was able to check into 1 of my rooms early. That was really the only good part of this hotel. The lobby is nice but the rooms need work. The beds were thrown together and not cleaned properly. One of my rooms flooded and the hotel staff was of no assistance. When I reported the flooding I was offered a towel to clean up. Im unsure why I was asked to clean when i am not apart of housekeeping. I had to take time out of my night to attempt to fix an issue that should of been fixed by hotel staff. I asked to be moved to another room because it was unsafe for my children but was told no. I then asked for maintenance and was told there is no 24hour maintenance. In the morning i asked to speak to a manager but was told she wouldnt be back for a few days. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

the front desk was not so kind especially Hillary Scott she did not acknowledge me standing there and continue her conversation on the phone when she was finish on the phone i said good morning and she would not say anything back she just stood there and look so i told her i was checking out and she told me ill get a receipt from the third party as i am a cancer patient and i can wake up and acknowledge people she should do the same she choose that job not me so kindness doesn't cost nothing when your in that position to greet and help people i saved my hard earn money to be treated like i was nobody and actually this is my second time going here and it wasn't a kind visit at that time either its a nice place but you guys need to do better at the front desk i was also upset because the cleaning lady took my wash cloths that i bought with me she violated my space because i hade them in the bathroom on top of my traveling case so they would not bother them but yeah it really need some adjustments everybody counts!

Bathroom needs some updating. Staff said they’d bring up a blanket and never did. Asked for extra towels at night and they said they couldn’t get any until the next day. No coffee the second morning.

Everything was ok, except no microwave in the rooms

The rooms are outdated and the linens smelled terrible, I had to request new sheets and pillow cases. The bathroom was very nice and modern.

No water in the rooms. Wasn’t even offered water when I checked in. How can the Hilton host a business meeting without a Business center?

Nice place and good view

Too noisy and we experienced a water leak emergency situation at the beggining of the nighr.

As soon as we got to our room I took a shower. None of the water drained, in fact it took 45 minutes after I was done for the water to be gone. My husband called the front desk twice and I called twice and it took them an hour to get someone to our room to work on it. Every time we called the front desk they asked us if the maintenance guys were there yet. I told them we wouldn’t be calling again if they were here! They finally showed up & were here for 50 minutes and finally were done. We missed our 5:00 Mass & had to make other plans to go tomorrow morning, which cuts into our time for breakfast! Other things wrong with our room…. The desk outlet doesn’t work & the lighted mirror in the bathroom doesn’t work. We are here for one night and not going to waste more of our time waiting for someone to fix these things! Very disappointing!!

Overall the property was great.. only issue is someone had vomited outside the entrance before i checked in and the next day when i checked out no one had cleaned it up

The rooms are very comfortable. And even though you are literally off the interstate and another highway, you don’t hear the surface traffic if your room is on the back. I cannot speak for the front side. There is a restaurant and a bar. Of course the prices are over priced but show me a hotel that doesn’t gouge you. With that being said the food was good. There are plenty of places in the area to go out and eat if that is your thing, The only negative is because the hotel is located between two highways, getting into the parking lot can be a challenge during rush hour. For the rate and comfort, I highly recommend if you need to stay in the North Jersey area.

Thought for a hilton it was overrated staff was friendly no problem there dont drink didnt eat there so no opionion on thought but the room was okay seen much better on places that were suppose to be lower rated biggest problem was bathroom shower was at floor level so water runs out on floor plus the tiles on floor near door were worn and sunk down so water from shower get actual get into hall way of room went to management about it was told corporate had been told many times but did nothing to fix problem never use hilton again guess they dont care corporate the staff at hotel were good but there hands are tied by corporate not fixing the problens

Excellent service, friendly staff, and good facilities.

Excellent 2 night stay. All staff were helpful. View from my “city view room” on the 11th floor was awesome. Breakfast buffet selection was good quality. Little market store in the lobby has a good selection as well. Room had everything you needed: fridge, iron, hairdryer, coffee machine etc. would deffo stay here again.
