It wasn't a horrible stay, but I do have to say, the fact that the thicker curtains weren't capable of closing all the way and I had to rely on sheer curtains as my only window coverage was a little unnerving. Also, the tub could have looked better too...

We stayed here as a dance team and it was a great place to stay! Comfortable, good breakfast in the morning & space for the girls to get ready together. Great location as well. I would stay here again!

Check in was easy, lady was very kind. Disappointed that the hot tub was down.. but was upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi in it. Room was a great deal due to the upgrade. However, I was up studying for a major exam the next day and there was cigarette smoke smell coming in through my bathroom fan as well as my heater!! The whole room smelled terrible and caused my nose to run and eyes to water making my stay much less enjoyable!!!!! I would have gone to the desk to complain but it was late at night. I tried to enjoy the jacuzzi on a break from studying but the smell in the bathroom was overwhelming!

The hotel is kept in good order. Our room smelled like pot when we went in. It rained out and we heard a constant drip hitting the outside of the building all night. Other than that, it was comfortable and very clean, the staff are efficient and friendly.

I would stay here again. It wasn't perfect but it was average. The pool wasn't operational when we stayed. Also, I had to go request toilet paper because there was none in the room, which I found out too late. Had to rinse hairs out of the sink and shower as well. Other than that, it was as totally normal stay at a hotel.

Was there for 3 nights with extended family, kids Feb vacation and ski trip to PatsPeak. Room was decent and clean, had no issues. The heated pool and jacuzzi was good for the kids. Breakfast option was limited but guess nothing to complain and we managed.

By far the worst hotel experience. I went to my FIRST room and it was dirty. Old food in the floor and piles of dust. The young lady at the front desk put me in another room. I went to use the bathroom and there was URINE still in the toilet! And there was NO toilet paper!! I have never been so disappointed with a hotel.

Hotel is old and showing its age. Staff were friendly and helpful. Reserved 2 adjoining rooms, 1 of the doors would only open part way making access between rooms very difficult.

Have stayed here quite a few times but not for the last 10 years or so. It has changed a lot. Room more crowded and the receptionist was somewhat rude. Stayed somewhere else the second night.

Easy to find hotel, nice pool and hot tub. The room and bed were clean but the shower had mold lining the perimeter that had definitely been there for some time.
Good breakfast! Friendly and helpful staff, only qualm was the bathroom.

I found a COCKROACH CRAWL ACROSS MY BED AND BROUGHT ATTENTION TO PERSON IN CHARGE AND NOTHING WAS DONE BESIDES A ROOM SWAP only to walk in the Bathroom with whatever in the sink.

Its old and needs.some refreshing. The breakfast is low end. Ceral and yogurt, precooked eggs. Very minimal. The rooms are old But the Bed was comfy. Bathroom was clean. On a budget it couldve been worse, but for 200 a night definitely could have been better. Lots of other mid range hotels in the area.

The hotel is getting outdated but it was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Disappointed as the reviews were good. The room was dirty including in the fridge and micro, there was literally a pile of dirt on the floor on the side of the bed. There were stains on the sheets too which was kind of gross. Luckily we only stayed for 1 night. Breakfast was really good and attentive staff in the morning at breakfast.

My experience was terrible at best. The first room we were given (117) had a terrible odor and the toilet had been used! The girl at the desk was polite and provided us with another (not king) room (213). Thankfully, the room did not have an odor. However, the shower has mold in the caulking and dirt around the glass doors. The drawers have crumbs in them and the a/c unit also had dirt or mold. Last/final straw, when we picked up the ice bucket for ice it was FULL of water! Needless to say, we didn't take showers. The clerk was 'busy' upon checkout so we just decided to leave.

Nice modern rooms, friendly staff. breakfast was basic (eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, oatmeal muffins) quiet safe area. Only close places (2 min drive) to cvs, kfc, BK & a convenience store/gas nothing else close. No gym but access to the residence merriot gym next door if desired.

It was my first time booking a hotel room outside from my parents and the staff made it easy and convenient for me to check in especially after i got out of work at 9 pm and the roads were very slick and slippery and not the greatest so i decided to book a hotel room for the night instead of driving more than 35 min home

The property was nicely decorated for the Christmas holiday. It was immaculately clean. The breakfast presentation was very sweet. All staff members were very personable. I would give our visit a 10 even though we had a problem with heat. They discounted our room and treated us very well.
