Hotel is close to the airport and Mall of America. Free parking. Gas station and restaurant within waking distance.

The only thing I would like to say is the beds are not the same as we usually have at the Hampton, they are really soft. I hope they change to them, other than that it was an amazing hotel stay. Breakfast was so good, the attendant was so helpful and fast! No complaints just praise for the service and cleanliness at this hotel, and believe me I’m picky!

This Hampton Inn was nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were good and offered a decent variety of food. Even the dark roast coffee was decent! I love the chocolate chip cookies that are offered every afternoon as well as the constant availability of coffee, hot water for tea, ice water and lemonade. The room, although showing signs of use and age, was clean and offered enough towel bars, hooks and outlets for the four of us.
The only down side to this trip was the bathroom door handle kept falling off.
Overall, it was a very nice stay, and I would book this hotel again.

If arrive back to the hotel after 9pm (three of the four nights) only one parking space to be found.

Thanks to the reviews I decided to give Hampton a try after great stay offers. Didn’t disappoint my family or I. Rooms were somewhat small and for a family of 5 we were tight but either way we were only there to sleep. I had my children ages 4,10, and 12 everything was kid friendly and convenient from parking, full breakfast, pool, clean facility, complimentary water, cookies, within 10 minutes from the MOA, restaurants, gas stations. We all enjoyed our stay. Thank you Hampton!!

We stayed here overnight to have easy access to the MSP airport as our flight left at 6AM, Hotel supplied a light bag breakfast to take with us when we left at 4AM. What a nice touch. We did not use the airport shuttle

The hotel was clean, the room was clean & comfortable. The frig was nice. I especially liked the shampoo, conditioner & body wash in the shower. Smelled good & were full size bottles. Very nice!! Its about 10min from the mall so very convenient.

Room was not cleaned when we arrived at 4:00. We had to move to a new room. New room was pretty clean except for 3 bottles of beer in the freezer & pretty dirty around fridge.

TV was terrible and front desk just said there was nothing she could do about it. Cabinet door on fridge cabinet was hanging by a thread on the top and left a 2" gap. Trim on that cabinet was also falling off.

It was just an overnight stay. Everything was great, but i would highly recommend a bathroom fan. Those rooms are small, and the bath needs a fan. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Frittatas were flavorless and the sausage taquitos, or whatever they were, were awful! So the room was good, service good, but breakfast-not so much

Nice hotel.
TV s are set so the screen brightness cannot be adjusted and the video is really dark.
Manager and I checked a few other rooms and they are the same.
It appears that the brightness setting is set to auto so even the brightness from the TV's own screen darkens it.
Of course the remotes are not the original for the TV's so no way to change settings.

This hotel is descent for the price but it is in need of some upgrades. I personally would opt to not stay there again. The toilet within the room looked filthy but it was actually just its age that made it looked like something remained to be flushed down. They also use a cleaning product that almost knocks your socks off if you're in the hallways when the cleaning crew is coming through with their carts. The smell made me sick to my stomach. However, the staff was all very friendly and the location is convenient.

If you need a shuttle, you have to let them know 24 hrs before. If you don't give them an advance notice, they will send you an Uber.
That's alright, but if you arrive or leave before 4:30am or 9pm, there is no service from the hotel.

We took the Park Sleep and fly package. Excellent choice, rooms were great, awesome breakfast, car was safe, price blew away the airport parking rate, living far from the airport, it gave us great security that we were there when it was the day and time to fly. Door to door shuttle. Best deal in town.

We loved the hotel. It was very clean, within walking distance of a restaurant, Nice breakfast and not to many miles from the VA hospital where we were visiting. Also went to the Minnehaha Falls and Mall of America. Would definitely stay again. Courteous employees.
