I had booked a Jr suite. Upon arrival the front desk told me that no suites were available for my stay and I had to settle for a standard room. I would have explored other properties to stay had they been forthcoming with the status of my booking.

We had a great time. The hotel was very nice. Most of the staff was wonderful!! The late night lady was very rude and unfriendly!!

We were here for one night and the accommodations were lovely. The room was clean and luxurious. The only issue we had was with the evening / overnight staff. We had called a couple times for various things / questions and were dismissed and asked "what?" When they answered the call. The TV lost service (we learned all the rooms did) and when we called they seemed annoyed with us. Usually the staff is much friendlier and patient. Other than that the stay was relaxing and nice.

Very convenient for us to be able to visit family members. The room was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay at the hotel again.

Extremely rude staff, especially Andrew, General Manager. Since we booked through a third party (expedia) they lied to us and said they had no electric so they wouldn't have to serve us. Then they refused to approve expedia refunding us when they wouldn't let us check in. Horrible!

It was a one-night stay so I could bring a parent to a local hospital for surgery and bring them home the next day. It was important that I get a good night’s sleep. Nevertheless, starting at 8:00 AM, a full four hours before checkout, Housekeeping started knocking on the door, and even after being repeatedly told that I did not intend to vacate the room before 12 noon and that their repeated knocking was rude and obnoxious, and was keeping me awake, they continued to do so. Finally, I notified the front desk to ask if they intended to split the room charges with me (since they clearly wanted me out of the hotel before checkout time), and the harassment finally stopped. No refund was ever offered though. Ultimately, the stay was so unpleasant that I had to leave an hour before checkout (11:00 AM) and without shaving. When I entered the hallway, the housekeeper ran into the linen room and closed the door behind them, like a coward. I have never in my life left a hotel room without leaving a tip, until now. And I have never had to be this forceful with the housekeeping staff. Overall, a terrible experience.

Excellent hotel. Staff top notch, newly renovated, and clean. It's the little details that make life a little better: complimentary morning lobby fresh coffee. Decent restaurant/bar area. Inviting business area. Free spacious parkin. Even the landscaping is meticulous. And of course, the cookie on arrival never hurts. This hotel is walking distance to nothing, well maybe an Applebees, but for a business trip or family driving vacation, this hotel will work out just fine.

Back security door unlocked. A/C in room broken. Was mislead about operation of unit and thus they did not move us until 9:30 at night. Due to illness had to leave early and they refused to refund the excess payment.

I would have given it top for "condition" but for a temporary eyesore and inconvenience, the parking lot was completely torn up for repaving. Not what I would expect from this hotel chain, however I can't imagine it was done by choice, probably a contracting issue. Some difficulties checking as the hotel could not locate my reservation by name, or the confirmation number from Hotels.com. After a brief, yet frustrating conversation, the desk clerk took care of it for me, and thereafter things went smoothly. Room was excellent, convenient location, lots of good place to eat/shop in the area. I will stay here again when in the area on business.

The room was clean however we did not realize until we were in the room that it had no refrigerator in it. Was hoping to keep our water cold for our beach trip. Also, they did not have cookies baked for purchasing. Was hoping to buy some for the trip back home as that is what we also loved about staying at a doubletree hotel, their signature cookies

Should have been told it was a handicap room and given option of changing. Made showering a challenge. Room was very clean and nice though.

Nicest stay and premium rooms that have been recently renovated. Staff, including Claudia (she was at the bar) and Dylan (he was at the front desk), treated us professionally with a super helpful and friendly demeanor and were very polished and professional! Bed was comfy. Room was quiet and ample sized. Please note you may have to park a little further away as they strategically are navigating the second round of renovations, but we did not mind in the least. EVEN had allergy free cookies that have every allergy my husband had excluded! AMAZING! If you like the beaches but want more luxury and affordability, it was an easy drive....WIsh we booked our entire vacation here, only stayed one night but would do it again!!

The allergy friendly cookie was a nice surprise. Facilities and staff is great.

I guess because it was under renovation it’s why I gave it a 3 star. Outside didn’t look appealing. Other than that, my stay was pleasant and room was clean.

Awesome accommodations. I will definitely consider reservations here again if I’m looking for a place to stay around this area.

had to be moved 2 additional times due to appliances( ac and refrigerator) not working also toilette clogged. Help was a little snippy.

Newly renovated, attentive service with water, great warm cookies and wonderful rooms welk cleaned daily.

Clean, comfortable hotel with helpful staff. Fire alarm went off several times at night, including one time that led to an evacuation.

It is very clean, the staff was helpful and welcoming. The establishment as a whole was great. Loved my stay will definitely be coming back.
