Excellent

It was ok beds were comfy but tiny beds. The faucet was lose, the cabinet broken and another scratch.. the air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night.

Overall stay was great except the first night for check in. The valet guy was rude! I wish I got the guys name that was really rude to my husband and I but we wanted to enjoy our trip so we let the issue go since it was our first night and we never stayed here before but it almost caused a scene hadn't my husband kept his cool. We got self parking and went to unload on a night that wasn’t busy and our car was parked off to the furthest drive up row from the front door, we walked to go put our stuff in the lobby as it was a lil chillier than a normal night, even the valet guys had beanies on, as we walked into the lobby the valet guy states “I need your key” we informed that we weren’t doing valet and just unloading and the valet guy said ok so we continued to walk into the lobby and the valet guy says it again but this time in a rude way “I said, I need your key or move your car” then we stated yes we know, we are just going right here in the lobby because it’s cold to set our stuff down and my husband stated I’ll move my car right now chill it’s not even busy and we aren’t blocking the driveways. As my husband walks out to go move our car, the guy had left the scene and the manager apologized on the other guys behalf. My husband asked the manager what that guys problem was and the manager just apologized that was it. Parking needs to get better. The room key doesn’t always work :( Overall we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay. The hotel is very clean!

The service is friendly, love the cookie they gave out. The room we got is very spacious & clean. The only thing is there was no safe in the room. Overall, my experience was great!

Clean hotel, friendly service. Parking was easy & priced similarly to other hotels in the area. Restaurant had great cocktails, the food was decent for the price.

Great place to stay, very clean, good customer service and the pillows and bed were really comfortable. Would definitely come back. Great location too and rates were affordable

The hotel was perfect. Check in process was quick, easy, and the front desk associate was friendly and welcoming and provided great recommendations for my Disneyland trip. The room was clean and very comfortable. The king size bed was relaxing. Even though the hospital was directly across the street, the hospital noise from ambulances and such did not interrupt sleep or disturbing. The bathroom had a shower with great pressure and the water temperature was perfect. The room was a renovated room and I will definitely return and book at this hotel foe future trips. The lobby had a bar that looked busy day & night. I did not get a chance to try any of the restaurant food but the menu seemed good. My overall stay was pleasant and relaxing.

It's a good hotel with good facilities but everything is reasonably expensive which does not make it fell like a good value stay.
