Room 218 had funky black stuff in the hole of the toilet. That kind of problem can easily give someone infections. It gave me the creeps so I left after a few hours. My hallway was exceptionally noisy because people seemed to be arguing constantly. Opening and slamming doors. I’ve been at better Days Inn locations. Although this Location was in a good area, many places around it. Check in was quick and easy. The housekeepers were very smiley and welcoming.

I really have enjoyed my time at the Days Inn since this past Summer, when I was not in a good place. I am better now and I hope to extend my stay for one more night until this Friday morning. When I can I will be back.

Property was clean but is an old structure that appears to have been around for some time. Breakfast was subpar with a bag breakfast. Attempted to speak to some of the workers but none spoke english. Did not know how to feel about safety that the attendant was behind plexiglass and all transactions done through a small hole.

The whole building had a weird smell, even the rooms. The staff from India were unprofessionals; laying in the lobby sofa, coffee area etc. Also, the website said free breakfast and there was no breakfast. The only thing that was provided was coffee. Very disappointed. We are visiting New Jersey again in December 2023 and we will definitely not stay there again.

horror in a word, the stench from the entrance to the room, as if someone died there a hundred years ago, everything is very old, the audibility is high, the pillows are like for gnomes, as if they were decorative and small, in the toilet there is the sound of water from the toilet barrel every half hour! I do not recommend this place, overpay and sleep peacefully elsewhere!!!

I had the best 2 days stay… beds are very comfortable and rooms are clean and up to standard. I went to this other hotel and I had a bad experience every time I come to the days inn I have nothing but the best experience ever. Was able to sleep like a baby literally.

Staff nice

Will start with the building ..hallways and room smell moldy the carpets are filthy pest traps on every wall should have been first clue. Flew in from out of town and stayed here one night only... Woke up with a live bedbug on my pillow. Thank you expedia for the refund of this nightmare.

Even though it was last minute the room was nice and clean I had a good time I had a very good rest. The only concern was the shower was not up to par and the air conditioner did not work. Overall it was still a nice last minute getaway

This is a great hotel in the heart of Woodbridge. Rooms here are spacious & very clean due to a great housekeeping staff. I stayed here 3 weeks while visiting family & really felt comfortable around here. You can walk to many restaurants & shopping including Woodbridge Mall which is one of the best in NJ. They do a nice grab and go breakfast which includes a package of delicious mini muffins, banana, granola bar & yogurt. Front desk staff is really friendly. Here and there at the hotel they get some noisey guests who like to slam the doors & make weird noises, but I asked for a quiet room, and about two thirds of my stay was just that. Again, highly recommended hotel in Iselin, a great town in NJ. The bed in the room is also very comfortable and high up which I like. Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean rooms, I'll be back for another long stay in the Spring.

Days Inn really has improved from when i stayed there July of 2023. I have enjoyed the stays in September and this past stay. I hope I can stay there again. These most recent stays provided comfort and peace. Both needed by me very much.Take care.

Roaches in the room

The hotel has roaches. I walked into my room and there were roaches running around. Than for checkout, no one was in the front desk and it was empty.

I'm a really easy going person when it comes to hotels. It's a place for me and my family to sleep, so I often book cheap and don't expect to have luxury accommodations. This hotel however was pretty bad. We had a family of 5 worth of luggage, and were initially met with a narrow wooden staircase to get to the second floor from inside the lobby (we were told there's no elevator, which is fine, but the staircase isn't very wide, and my mom has trouble climbing a lot of steps. I wouldn't have left a poor review for just that though. The main reason for my lower review is due to the cleanliness of the room. The carpeted flooring was really dirty (it definitely did not look vacuumed) and had bits of food left in it. The room smelt so badly of cigarette smoke (non smoking room) that we had to tell the front desk so they didn't think it was us. Then, the AC unit was awful. It smelled like it was blowing mildew or mold (even on colder settings, it felt like it was blowing out a weird humidity/moisture into the room), and left all of us with the worst congestion when we woke in the morning. If I visit the area again, I'll find other accomodations.

Let’s start with the pros. I have stayed at 4-star hotels and have found hairs in the bathroom —yuck! However, my room was impeccably clean —please give a pay raise to the housekeeping crew! The bed was big and comfy. TV had plenty of channels. Everything was in working condition. Price was very reasonable. Now the cons, THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST AS ADVERTISED —only coffee in common area and vending machines. I wish the front desk person would’ve at least told me so I didn’t wake up at 6 AM to find nothing to eat! Also, the toilet seat —though clean— had scratches and needed replacement.

I did enjoy my stay here.
