It's ok, I stay for the convenience

What you pay for is what you get with this room. There's a microwave & a mini fridge so you can keep tv dinner meals or leftovers if you need. The bed isn't the most comfortable, but it'll do in a pinch. Furthermore, the cover had a hole in it and is just big enough to cover yourself if you're under 5'10 unless you untuck it from the bed. The door to the room doesn't have a deadbolt, yet has the lock for it?? Also the bathroom is alright, but the vents don't look like they've been cleaned often with the dust & the air conditioner is on the older side so it'll kick out after a bit before coming back on. The staff at the front desk are friendly and pretty chill considering how many times my key card suddenly stopped working and I had to go back for them to fix it again.

I waited nearly 30 minutes to check in and the man at the front desk has no kind of customer service etiquette. The blanket on the bed had a couple of stains, just horrible experience from the front desk to the room. They key wouldn’t work had to continuously go get another 1.

Place is ok for the price. Definitely need upgrading. Putside is a mess.Needs a good coat of paint on the walk ways and stairs. Loud in that the water pipes are going full force while everyone is taking a shower. Pipes ran for over an hour. Not good if you want to sleep. Our key card shut off over night. Couldn't get into our room. The room was comfortable and clean. Beds were comfortable. TV was terrible as far a reception. Definitely needs upgrading.

My wife and I were pleased with the booking of a 3rd night just a week before we were to arrive.Location was not easy to get in and out of,the floor was not swept, the popcorn ceiling was patched and it was very noisy in the rooms and in the parking lot. The attendant was eating as he reluctantly gave us a key.We will never stay there again!

I always check my beds before I stay! When I walked in the room had a horrible smell of pot and when I pulled the cover back on the bed, the sheets were nasty. We told them we were not going to stay and they never returned my partner’s license. Horrible room and service

The rooms were big. Staff didnt give us any problems traveling with our dogs. Housekeeping staff were also very nice and thorough. Honestly, not a bad deal.

A man kept trying to get into my room 3 times until late in the evening and I tried to reach the front desk but no one answered even after I let it ring for 5 minutes straight. I had to wait for the room to be cleaned after 5:25pm that afternoon.

I did not even stay the outside and inside lobby was awful. So I left and found another hotel. I should get a refund. It was very unsafe to stay with my daughter

The first room i was put in was dirty so they moved my room. There were bugs in the room, the tv didnt work so they brought another one to the room and i had to call and get maintenance back out to the room because that tvs sound didnt work. They finally fixed it the first night but by the second night the tv didnt work again. They offered me a 10 percent discount for all the trouble but never received it. Bathroom floors were messed up. Just an all around terrible stay.

This is the 3rd or 4th stay at this location within the last year. Roaches, uncleanness throughout, bedding stained, excessively loud guests. Then to make it worse, i paid beforehand. Got there and was charged $75 deposit for nasty room. Homeless person sleeping in hotel lobby at 6:45 am this morning. I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. I was terrified!

Patrol police officers that was one thing I like. They was giving away bread and free donuts, that was nice. What is freshly painted everything was really good except for the heating unit very old couldn’t turn it on because look too dirty and old.

Room was in poor conditions, people loitering, room smell so bad 1 hr after i checked in i left this place, smelled like weed and the smell was in my room. Ceiling in my room had cracks in it and looked like it was about to fall in top of the bed , leaking toilet, it was just horrible

The front desk looks were nice but I've never been in a room that was so discussing I wish I would have taken pictures. I had my dog with me and I didn't even want her going on the floor o made her stay ln the bed. There was even hair all over the walls of the shower. Its smelled so bad like mole I wish I could have gotten my money back!

Checked in, went to our room, it seemed fine. No remote for the tv, asked at the office, maintenance will bring one. Waited 45 minutes, went out to eat. Still no remote. Went to the office, someone will bring one. 45 minutes later still no remote, bathroom fan filled room with pot smell. Changed rooms, bed was broken, sagged in the middle. Cleaning staff did the best they could with an older property. It was quiet and safe.

The room was really good and clean but may I suggest you bring your own hairdryer & your own shampoo and conditioner. Other than that it was a really good experience even though it was only one night.

The front desk clerk and the maintenance man was very rude. The tub was stopped up and they didn’t even try to fix it until I asked who was the manager. They brought a plunger to the door and walked away. That was very unprofessional. I don’t work for Red Roof Inn

I paid and male at counter said there were no available rooms but the money came off my acct. he was very rude and did not pay any attention to what I had to say! Please refund me!

The room was okay for the price. A bit dated and the floors were not perfect but overall we had a nice stay. We have already booked the room again for our next trip to the area.

The property needs a serious refresh. The first room I was given the HVAC did not work. When reassigned, I had the same problem but the outstanding maintenance person was able to get it working.
I chose to park out front, where I knew there were cameras. The property is kind of awkwardly placed behind a different franchise hotel, and I’m up in the back corner where my room was felt. Very isolated and vulnerable feeling.
