We liked that the hotel was so near the metro station to get to downtown Miami quickly.

Nice hotel in a good area with helpful staff. The only significant negatives are the additional cost for valet parking and wifi, which was waived for wifi by joining the hotel membership scheme.

After several delays and the most nightmarish travel experience, the staff was wonderfully accommodating and helpful.

Upgraded /updated rooms are great. As is all staff at the hotel. The non-updated rooms though are very rough. I had multiple issues with the key locks, toilet, etc until they moved me to a different room. Appreciated them doing that. Would love to see water bottle refill stations in the hotel which there are none currently.

I appreciated the professionalism of all the staff and their quick response to my request. I think that cost for valet parking was pricey.

The Shower is not good. Impossible to take the swhower with cool water. Only with warm and hot water

Rooms need to be upgraded, internet is not good, breakfast is horrible.

Very confortable Bed. Little fridge available. We asked for a tripple room, ti vas a double, so 2 people in one bed and towels and cofee only for 2. if you ask they send towels and cofee at once. Next to Metrorail, shopping centres within walking distance.

Our first room smelled strongly of cat urine. The second room had live roaches.

No shuttle service to airport

This hotel was perfect for my needs. Having a procedure the next morning at Dadeland Surgical Park. We walked to it.

The hotell is close to Metrorail that goes to the airport, Miami Downtown and Brickell. There´s a big shoppingcenter called Dadeland Mall near the hotell. The staff are spanishspeaking and englishspeaking. We had a nice time there even though they forgot our roomservice one day. A high building. Many airplane crews were staying there, pilots, stewards, air-hostesses. The AC/airconditon in Miami is quite cold, in Metrorail, buses, restaurants and shops, I had a sweater on all the time.

As I reported to you at that time that we found roaches inside the room specially in the bathroom ( night time ) you can see them if you turn light on suddenly . I do not noticed that there were other places in the room also has small roaches . Also I saw roaches inside the hotel Lobby entrance and around the eating restaurant also . The reason I'm contacting you today is because I found the roached traveled with me inside my bags between out clothes ( thank God was dead ) due to flight low temperature or any other reason but still there . I am a visitor to that hotel for a few times under different reservations names earthier myself directly or with others but I never noticed that kind of disgusting way of enjoy

The room smells a bit humid but overall the stay was great. Great location, convenient.

The location was good as we shopped over at Dadeland. However, the room was very basic. I had to ask housekeeping to vacuum the carpet and give the room a thorough clean as I have allergies. I would give Housekeeping 4 out of 10. The towels, except perhaps one or two, were certainly very shabby looking, though clean, & the black-out curtains were holey. The bed was very comfortable however. We were also charged on departure, for WiFi . No computer was used but my husband had installed a chip in his cell phone with a U.S. number so they charged him for 'Internet access'!
