Eden Roc Miami Beach

Beautiful and clean

The beach and pool area were fabulous. High energy Miami style DJ all day outside. There was a pretty huge leak situation in the dining room which detracted from our first impression of the property. The breakfast was good and the staff was very nice.

The hotel is great if you are with your family or you just want some peace and quiet. It was 4th of July and there was only music in the small pool closest to the beach. So all other pools were very quiet. That’s my only complaint. Otherwise, it’s great.

Absolutely loved our stay at Eden Roc! From the moment we arrived, the service was wonderful. Valet greeted us right away, our bags were taken care of, check-in was quick, and the bellman personally escorted us to our room, helped with our key, and showed us around. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely warm and welcoming. Our oceanfront junior suite was beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was huge, the jetted tub was such a nice touch, and the balcony had an amazing direct view of the ocean. Waking up to that view and having breakfast delivered to the room was probably one of my favorite parts of the stay. The entire hotel felt relaxing and luxurious without being stuffy. It was exactly the kind of place where you actually want to spend time at the hotel instead of just using it as somewhere to sleep. We only stayed for two nights before our cruise, and I genuinely wished we had booked longer. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we're in Miami Beach. 10/10 experience.
