My stay here was excellent. The service and quality of the amenities were top notch. The location was perfect as it was close to everything I needed to visit.

The best part is it's close to everything, bonus is it's on top of a donki that's opened 24 hours. The front desk staff was very friendly and acommodating, smooth transition for our two separate booking. House keeping team and people who helped us with luggages were all very efficient and friendly too.
The not so good, bathroom and interior was a bit old and you can see rust in the shower that makes it look dirty.
Room for improvement, concierge wasnt very useful, we went to ask them a few times for different things but have to check google ourselves, feel they can be a bit more proactive with things they didnt know.

Beautiful and modern hotel located in the heart of TST. I took one star off because they pulled a bait and switch with my room. I paid in full in advance, but when I arrived they said if I wanted the room I'd already paid for I'd have to pay an additional $250HKD. Despite being paid in full they said the room had only be "requested". I ended up having to settle for a room that didn't have the amenities and view I had paid for.

Our favourite hotel as its modern convenient and service is impeccable. As a family of 4 with 2 your kids having a 24 supermarket downstairs and 24hr gym and swimming pool with hot tub jacuzzi is amazing.

I only stayed 2 nights to break up a Business trip in China before returning to Australia. The Mira Hotel is consistently good and value as well. Close to everything.

The rooms are very comfortable and amazingly quiet due to the excellent glazing. The pool is really nice and the hot room and spa are great. In a good location to get around.

The Terrace Suites on the Fifth floor is great for celebrating special occasions. The patio seating might get a bit hot during Hong Kong's summer, but perfect during the autumn and winter months. It's a great way to have some drinks and chats with your friends.
One down side is that the room has been renovated quite long ago and the TV are not smart TV and can't stream anything online.

Very accessible and convenient to all shopping, local restaurants and so forth. The Kowloon Garden is located right across the street. One could choose a quiet area, a boisterous shopping area of even a visit to a mosque if one inclines to do so.

The person checking me in thought it was my husband's booking and basically didn't acknowledge my existence. She didn't even explain the property, amenities or anything about the booking. I am from HK and spoke Cantonese and she didn't respond. Very rude and unhelpful. The room upgrade was a joke. And we didn't receive whatever upgrade or freebie we should have. Such a disappointing stay. The pillows were comfortable.

The hotel staff was helpful. Location of hotel is superb. We found all types of eateries nearby. MTR is one block away. Hotel provides bottle water. It would be more eco friendly if there is a filtered water machine in the lobby.
The best amenity is the heated pool and hot tub! Our family enjoyed that every day.

I've book city biew but they gave me back alley view.
I was given a room at 17 floor end of corridor and and the ballroom is at 18th floor. I was disturbing by 18th floor ppl doing works and pulling the chair and table even though already 11pm. Quite dissapointed though I am Expedia VIP members.

Booked hotel room for my parents, both in the 80s. Heat doesn’t work in the room, multiple worker came up to the to fix, eventually turned on heat but it has horrible smell. Worker said smell bad and left and refused to change room for them. Took advantage of a couple of old folks. They stayed in this hotel last month without incident but this one night stay was absolutely unacceptable. Planning to take the complaint up the management chain.
