This is an older property but very comfortable and relaxing. The restaurant is surprisingly really good so you never need to leave. Everyone is so friendly there…. Except the front desk. Every one of them was grumpy and clearly didn’t want to be bothered. And the pool towel situation leaves a lot to be desired.

Great hotel that is older but in decent shape still. I messed up our arrival date and forfeited on day, but desk gave us the same great rate for the different night. Good restaurant but the menu could use some more options.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the balcony and views of the mountains were exactly as stated! Pools were fantastic, Very relaxing, very clean, the grounds were beautiful! the restaurant and bar was nice also, excellent food, very reasonable prizes, very friendly and good service all the way around! My Only complaint was the one towel rule for the pool rule, so I would recommend bringing your own pool towels? Other than that, it was a fantastic place to relax, you can use the pool 24/7 when you were staying there, Parking is, and people are very friendly! Just like I remember!

My room didn't really look like the photos advertised. I think the hotel my be renovating the rooms and they hadn't gotten to mine yet. The bathroom was particularly out of date. I was facing the pool and the other guests were loud late into the night. Not to be a hater but there's only so long I can listen to white girls singing Gangster's Paradise before it starts to get on my nerves. Staff was friendly and the room was big if a little beat. There was a big bug in my room that was attracted to my phone screen. It landed on the ceiling and when I threw a pillow at it a bunch of the popcorn texture fell down on me. Got the bug tho. Overall the rooms were pretty rough, I feel like they should charge less for unrenovated rooms if that is what's going on.

Average outdated rooms price is great

This facility needs lots of fix and repairs..

The pool grounds are nice, friendly staff. Pretty views. Dated facilities. The door to our room was broken and had to be slammed shut and opened. Worn items. This did r make it any mess fun to stay at the hotsprjngs.
