There was 2 big tour buses there instead of them parking in the lower parking lot they parked in the parking spaces next to the hotel were there is all ready limited spots that there for took up several spaces because of parking sideways in them so that was really frustrating breakfast was not worth the money

Caleb at the front desk was very personable and friendly on check in. He was very helpful with things to do in the area, restaurant info, etc. He was also the bartender that evening and was responsible and attentive and friendly with the few people relaxing at the bar. Tony Roma's (the restaurant in the hotel) was mediocre. The bartender was nice, but worried about everything other than tending bar. On Friday night, with a bar full of people, the home team in the Stanley Cup playoffs in a tied game on the bar TVs, they tried to get people to leave at 10:15pm to "deep clean that section". They wouldn't tell people they were closed but they refused to wait on tables or look at customers, so they wouldn't order. They said that the lobby bar was open and encouraged people to go there instead. I finally paid my bill to go to the lobby bar, but they had closed at 10pm, even though all the postings, signs, graphics, and information all around the hotel stated they were open until midnight. The front desk host was less than helpful and blamed everyone else for why he had closed it early.

Amazing, clean, friendly and affordable. Would definitely stay again refer.

It was really loud in the area I was staying in at the hotel. I could hear my neighbors and the highway. I’ve stayed here many times but this was a first.

Toilet issues, room was sort of small, trash cans were small, no microwave. When issue with toilet were brought up the staff gave me a toilet plunger and said it might be the piping because that room had previous issues with the piping… says pet friendly but the grass areas were covered in trash and even broken bottles

The hotel is overpriced for the quality of the bed linen. held the comforter up to the light, and you could see black dark patches all through out. It was kind of gross. Shower drains all over the floor. Fridge is so tiny nothing can be put in it

The systems suck and they steal your money when the pin pad says approved they say oh well we didn’t get it.
