Older hotel but clean and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom really needs to be updated but it was clean. Carpets could use a good cleaning. Decent breakfast with a good selection of items. Super friendly staff.

We had a very good stay at the hotel from the moment we step in. The front desk is friendly and informative and welcoming. The room is very clean and complete with the basics .The breakfast , especially the suagage is a delight.

When I walked in, I knew there was a distinct smell in the bathroom. Later that night when I showered I realized why the smell was there, it was mold from water buildup. The shower floods the floor. I reported it to the front desk, only to be accomodated $20 off my bill.

I wrongly booked my dates. I was supposed to stay on the 11th of May but accidentally booked the 18th. I spent a week of contacting Hotels.com and the property in order to cancel. No one took care of me.

My room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only issue was that it was high off the floor, much higher than any other hotel bed that I have ever seen. I am less than 5 feet tall and 74 years old. I had to literally climb up into it. I must also say that the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

It is a very good facility for us traveling with our dog.The room opened onto the grassy area for pets.Very easy to take the dog in and out.Charge for a pet was most reasonable I have found.Very pleased with the motel and will certainly stay again in the future.

This was a very good choice for my one night stay, while returning from Miami Beach and traveling to my home of Nashville. Check in was great. They had tea, coffee and cookies in the Lobby, and I got the downstairs room I requested. I also needed a fridge, and that, along with a microwave was provided. The bed was comfortable, and best of all , the breakfast provided was a full hot breakfast with sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy (my favorite), waffles, muffins, drinks, etc. I generally have stopped in Cordele after driving 540 miles, and from now on, this hotel will be my preferred stop. It's close to the interstate, and it has everything I need.

Stayed here overnight as a quick pit stop on a long drive. It was mid-priced and the staff was accommodating but the room was very unclean. Things looked shabby, but the beds were clean. The area is a little sketch but we were all fine. No one tried to bother us. The breakfast was great.

TV would freeze multiple times, internet was so slow I had to use my phone to connect. Refrigerator was not working

This Best Western feels like a Motel 6 that is completely run down. From the bathroom that has broken shower to the tub that does not drain the water as you’re showering. You are literally standing on the dirty water while showing. The room in general feels extra small and archaic. The bedding also seems unclean. Add to the fact that it’s right next to a major highway. The noise pollution is off the charts. I could not get a decent sleep the entire night.
I stayed at this location because it was some $20 cheaper; I wish I hadn’t Save yourself a night of unrest at a subpar facility and book your stay at another hotel.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. I will definitely return in the future.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had! There was no shower curtain in the shower,
I reserved a king bed, got a queen one. There was muliple big stains all over the couch, the TV and remote were filthy dirty. (If i can attach pictures I will.) The area was sketchy and felt unsafe, parking was odd and scattered. The walls are paper thin and i could heat the marigolds entire conversation. Breakfast was good, That's the only reason I rated this a 1. Best Western should shut this one down!!!!

The room showed its age. When i opened the fridge it smelled. I traveled with my dogs so im sure i wasn't giving the best room. The beds were nice though.

Hotel is clean but dated. Very thin walls. Could hear person coughing next door. Bed was OK - firm for those who like a firm mattress. Breakfast had the essentials - cereal, egg, biscuts & gravy, OJ, coffee. All you need.

This is an old dog and needs updating. I have been staying here for at least 40 years but this is the last time. Door to the room stuck on the tile floor and wouldn't close. Cobwebs at corner of the wall.
No place to park close to room except Hardee's.

It should be classified as a motel. It’s old and worn down. The price of $130 definitely was not worth it. Paint is peeling, wallpaper is ripped, doors are dirty. There is also no lock on the entry doors so anyone can come in.

Although the room was clean, the soap in dish was used as were the sample shampoo and conditioner. The faucet in tub constantly dripped, and was extremely difficult to pull open and shut. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was really quite good.

Shower in our room did not work. Didn't know this until morning of checkout. reported to front desk. Would have been nice to have a hot shower before leaving.

First, the associate working the front desk when we arrived was amazing. So kind, helpful and informative. I got into our car and told my husband she facilitated the best check in experience ever.
Room was clean and appeared to have been updated somewhat recently. We had our GSD with us so she gave us a room where the patio walked out to the dog area so that made it a lot easier.
The only thing that wasn't sparkling clean was the shower and it wasn't awful, just wasn't perfect.
Would 100% stay here again.

This property was perfect in so many ways! I loved it so much. I put on my "I have to remember this place forever" list. There are so few hotels on that list. It was great. Their pet fee was $10!!! It was like they tried to think of everything to make your stay more comfortable. And it showed.

Love the fresh cookies upon arrival. Adequate breakfast but no fruit. Staff were a bit slow to clean off the tables. Room was noisy, people walking by, highway noise and thin walls.

The lady at the front desk was very nice, courteous and professional, however the property was dirty from pet stains. And someone tried coming into our room which it last safety.
