Had a great stay. Staff was awesome!

Gorgeous room.

The accessible room was clean and totally accessible.

This was a complete waste of money. We were given attitudes from the staff the moment we checked in. The bathroom had mold/mildew in the bottom of the shower and wallpaper was peeling off in multiple locations. The cafe/bar was missing a majority of the items they claimed to offer and was only opened limited hours. Plus, they were closed one day without reason. The operations manager argued with us that we didn’t have meals included in our reservation and we specifically paid more for that accommodation. The fir pit didn’t work, and has been broken for months. The hotel was poorly managed and maintained overall. I would suggest spending your money elsewhere.

We stayed here for a short trip to Columbus for a concert. The property and lobby looked newer. The employees were friendly. However the room was small and didnt seem as updated as the rest of the hotel. The bathroom didnt look clean. The lid to the toilet was dirty. We dropped off our things after checking in and left for early dinner before the concert. We found late that night that the toilet wasn't working and was clogged. We called the front desk first thing at 8am. They said they would send someone up with a plunger. 9am and no one came. I called the front desk again and no answer. I had to take my son to use the lobby bathroom because he had to go #2. Talk about inconvenient.

Very kind and courteous front desk staff. We were able to get into a very clean very quiet room early due to a 2:30 PM wedding. Lots of amenities in this hotel. Wish we had time to make use of the gym!

Check-in was super quick and easy!

Staff was wonderful. Very helpful and nice. The A/C unit was terrible. It kept adjusting itself to 80 and above. Made entire stay uncomfortable.

The airport shuttle was out of service and this was the main reason we chose this property. The staff took care of this issue by calling, having ready, and paying for cabs both times we needed rides to and from the airport. Loved the coffee, wine bar and eating area in the lobby.

Would definitely stay again, beds were comfortable and was quiet.

It was fine I suppose although someone attempted to get in our room at about 2:30am. And they would have if we hadn’t had the door stopper latch on so obviously they had a key that worked for our door? It was a little unsettling. Never really slept the rest of the night.

We stayed for one night, and everything was satisfactory. It is close to the airport, and there are food options close by.

Disappointing! Tiny fridge. No microwave. No free breakfast or coffee. Over priced Bistro. Only fast food w/i walking. No shower soap. No pool. Stains on carpet. 1x2" soap like you wuld get at motel 6. You have to reboot fridge every 2 hours to keep anything cool. Lost all the food we brought. Shows lovely firepit in photos but while we were here it was fullof water with a rarp in it. Run the dryer twice. No dressers which is nice to have if you stay more than a day. Overall Very Disappointing for the 163.00 .

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfy.

I did not like that this property was surrounded by only fast food restaurants, while the property's onsite restaurant's menu was limited. Unfortunately I wasn't able to eat a healthy meal during my stay.

This hotel was really nice. Staff greeted us when arrived and was very friendly. Room was nice and everything worked well. Wish that we had a little microwave but overall it was a great stay!

Person at desk extremely rude and no help whatsoever. Checked in not a parking spot available and told should have checked in earlier and would just have to wait for spot to open

The front desk helped me with the questions I had and shuttle to airport was good.

Our air conditioning unit was so loud and sounded like it was broken. Made sleeping a little rough, but otherwise the hotel was good!

The manager and staff were so helpful printing out boarding passes. Always, no matter what we’re so helpful!

Very impressed with the checkin staff. Very helpful with airport shuttle and long term parking. Room was fantastic - clean, modern, roomy!

The hotel itself is fine. The room was clean and comfortable. A fire alarm got pulled at like 6:00 \ 7:00 in the morning - thankfully no fire. I booked my stay through hotels.com. when I booked the room there was an option to get breakfast for two (I think that was extra but my receipt from hotels.com doesn't show that information) and I took that option. That doesn't exist at this property. They have a cafe but it is either pay there or have it charged to your room. So I think I paid extra on my booking plus having to buy breakfast. The first morning that we went down for breakfast I ordered it 8:30 in the morning, checked back with them at 9:00 a.m. to find out they hadn't made my breakfast. They said they were going to make it right then and there (eggs, bacon, toast). We ended up having to leave at 9:25 with no breakfast. I asked for them to reverse the charge off of my room. When I stopped by the front desk the next day I found out that they hadn't removed it from my room. The following day I grabbed a breakfast sandwich because they were ready-made and they just had to be heated up by the staff. Opened it up and the bread was moldy. To their credit they made me a fresh sandwich and threw in a muffin but it made me late to get to my event. We grab dinner there one night and it was perfectly fine. The flatbread pizza was really good.

Great room, very clean and quiet.

One of the worst place I have ever stayed. It looks nothing like the picture. Very dirty. The place looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. If that was the only problem it wouldn’t have been an issue but the staff was extremely rude (with the exception of the lady who checked us in), but in the morning it was hell. They offered free breakfast so I went down but they were out of coffee. We asked if they were going to make more but was told by the lady that coffee will be out when it’s ready in a very rude tone without taking her eyes off of what she was doing. She looked very annoyed that we asked. We waited for a while then eventually left and went to Starbucks. If I haven’t prepaid I would have left. Dirty place with rude staff and it wasn’t even cheap.

The TV didn’t work in the first room. I was moved to another and that one was fine.

Parking was bad would be my only bad thing to say We got in around midnight and was no parking

Shuttle to the airport was quick and convenient
