Once I checked in and got to my room the desk was scratched in multiple areas, it looks as in someone was cutting up there drugs on the table. I went to tell the front desk that the desk looking like that when I arrived. Upon checkout, I was told that they were taking my deposit due to the fact that the desk had scratch marks on it and ashes on the floor. What they called ashes was really dirt and clumps of mud from my shoes due to it was raining and I had taken my dog for a walk around the neighborhood. When I asked to speak with a manager about this. I was told I would not be getting back my hundred dollar deposit no matter who I talked to about this problem. I got the corporate number and called them. I was basically told the same thing in different words. They said they were going to get back to me. They would look into the problem. It’s been over a week now and I’ve yet to hear back from them.

The room smelled like a sewage leak. It was awful.

Cranky staff from the get go on both ends of the trip. Wasn’t looking for warm fuzzies was surprised by unkindness.

If you just need a bed and a shower, with no shampoo or conditioner included, then this is your spot. Clean enough and the front desk people were nice.

The hotel began kicking out guest to make room for the annual gem show participants. At least refunds were given.

The front desk clerk was very helpful and nice. The room was less than great. Construction was obvious around the hotel and the room was not very clean. Area of town was less than desired to say the least. Lock your car doors and slide the dresser in front of the door! Eek.

The receptionist was super rude and blunt and since that starts the experience, it made it start with a black cloud! Wouldn't stay here again...

I enjoyed my stay at the Motel 6 Tuscon. The location of the hotel was convenient for the places that I visited. The WiFi worked well throughout the stay. The room was cleaned everyday, as well, which was nice. The hotel is located near a highway (I-10) so there is a lot of road noise. It didn't really bother me during the trip but it could be a problem for some people.

Rude manager. Homeless people looking in my truck and trying to get in my room. Accused of destroying linens which was untrue. Bathroom door falling off, terrible shower, huge gap around the entry door.

I reserved a room for four nights online and paid for the room with a credit card but when I got there I was told that I need to pay $100 deposit in cash which I did. When I got into my room I noticed that things were broken such as the AC unit and the back to the TV remote was missing. It was a non-smoking room, but they were cigarette burns all over the place and the room smelled of like mold or mothballs or something so I went and told the office that and the lady told me that almost all of the rooms are like that so not to worry that I still get my deposit back in the morning. Well when I checked out and asked for my deposit back the lady told me that they were things missing out of my room and she tried to say that my room smelled like drugs. Me nor my boyfriend do drugs? If you stood outside our front door you could smell drugs coming from multiple rooms so I feel like it transferred over to our room and we were blamed for something we did not do at all. We also had somebody knock on our door asking if we wanted to “Have a good time” and He meant sexually and with drugs. When we told him no and that he needed leave before we called, but we noticed that he sat in his car facing our hotel room for a while before he actually leave. So when we were trying to check out the the front desk lady was extremely rude and would not give us her(z name or phone number for corporate so that we could reach out and dispute getting our deposit back.

Beware this hotel charges cash only deposit of $100. The vendor has an ATM, but it’s one of those ATMs that charge $5 fees and the hotel gets a cut of it. very predatory and scammy. don’t stay here.

Late night arrival, front desk attendant was nice. Room and building needs some modernization. Floors not cleaned well and scratched up. Bed was comfortable enough. Shower & tub needs some work and gap at bottom of front door. Bare bones minimum, price was low so? I guess you get what you paid for!?

Room was located a good city block in a different building from the office where the only ice machine and drink vending machine were, had to drive to get these things. Had hard time finding room, no map given, told room facing the other hotel, had to ask cleaning crew who didn't know at first. Felt we were given a room way out of the way because we had two small dogs. Our pets are well behaved and kenneled. Seems like this hotel chain has issues repairing bathrooms when something is damaged or broken. This motel used a lot of drywall patch but inexpertly applied. Sad experience.

The stay at motel 6 was terrible our room was dirty with bugs in bed and the bathroom was flooded. The staff was really unprofessional.. I would like to get a reimbursement for the stay.. they asked for 100.00 dollar deposit . When it was tie to checkout they charged us for towels that we didn't dirty. We advice the staff which was the day time manager about the flood in the bathroom and the bugs. She did not do nothing about it.. I asked for a different room since it was dirty and with bugs but she did not moved us.

It would be nice to have microwaves in the rooms

The room smelled like urine. The bath light fell off the wall. I work at night and asked not to be bothered during the day because I sleep during the day. They hammered on the door during the day. Adding insult to injury they charged me $50 in damage, because they said I urinated on the floor. Very very dishonest people.

Place needs serious renovation or to be torn down and rebuilt. Bed was comfortable.

I thought it was clean and quet. Actually a really great motel
