Perfect location for Hale Center Theater - Sandy! Room was great, breakfast was, too!

The shower head in room 107 was broken.

Everything was clean. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety to choose from. My room had all the amenities I needed for my stay. Totally recommend!

Overall clean bathroom could use some work. Toilet has some issues. Constantly was plugging and taking forever to fill the shower head leaked terribly. The heating cooling unit ran constantly as well. The breakfast was great and beds comfortable

Awesome for traveling with young children. Helpful, thoughtful and made everything easy.

Rooms are spacious, amenity filled and in good working order. Hotel is fully staffed with knowledgeable people. Locations is excellent, near good dining, shopping and is safe.

Need to upgrade the beds in the rooms. Also you could hear the freeway which was about 100 yards away.

I got woken up in the middle of the night by the fire alarm and no one from hotel ever gave us any info or asked if we needed anything

The hotel is a little dated - but as a Residence Inn - it is a great large space and comfy bed. Front desk staff was helpful and kind. Right next to shopping mall.

Great place

This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed and I’ll be back! Amazing staff! Great location for both pleasure and business. If you have a family a GREAT please with a basketball, court, pool etc

We like staying at the RESIDENCE INN they are very roomy and cozy, for the family to be all together in one large room.

Extremely outdated. Loud freeway noise all hours. Way overpriced. Marriott should be ashamed to charge this much for this property.

The room was nice and the daily breakfast was very good. I thought the noise from the highway might be an issue when we checked in, but the rooms were quiet.

I have to say the ladies doing the breakfast were by far the nicest people I have run into while at hotels. Not only were they very friendly and helpful the food was outstanding.

Quiet area, yet really close to lots of restaurants and things. We stayed in a one bedroom, so it was nice to have privacy while our adult son slept on the pull out bed. No complaints and the shower was fantastic with lots of water pressure and endless hot water.

Everything was easy. Quick and easy check-in, I was able to walk to Hale Center Theater and back after the show. Close to other shops and outlets. Wish breakfast was earlier because I had to leave by 7, which is the time they serve on weekends.

Always an awesome stay here at the residence inn. My only complaint is the bed was too stiff for me. My wife loved it though. I prefer soft she prefers hard so yeah

Easy check in. Good clean room. WiFi was a little slow, but everything else was awesome.

The staff were so friendly and as much as the hotel was perfect I believe it was the staff that really stood out. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Utah.

The free breakfast was outstanding. The food was very good and they offered a variety of choices. The swimming pool and hot tub were great.

The hot complementary breakfast was amazing. Pool conditions were nice. Mostly families or business people staying here so it felt safe and friendly.

Rebekah checked us in & is one of the friendliest people I've ever met; she was a great welcome to the hotel. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with 2 king beds in it. One of the bathrooms light above the vanity was going out & could've easily caused a seizure it was so bad. Then they have 3 bottles on the wall in the shower & are attached by what looks like 3m adhesive. The problem with that is when it gets wet it doesn't stick, so yep we were woken up at 1am by one of the bottles falling off the wall & into the bathtub. We had requested a quiet room as we are extremely light sleepers & that immediately woke us up & we couldn't go back to sleep, go figure. Other than fixing the issues in the bathroom, the only thing I would say that needs fixed is the way the a/c works. It's one a/c for the entire unit. They should have the window ones or something for the bedrooms as we like it very cold when we sleep but the kids like it warm, so we had to shove a towel in their vent, which only helped a tiny bit. Luckily there was an extra blanket in the closet that helped them a little bit. I wish they would've had the magnetic vent covers, that would've been an over the top touch! The kids said the pool was nice & warm. The breakfast area was nice, a little bit for everyone. What surprised me the most was a Pepsi machine in it! My favorite was the raspberry sauce for the waffles, YUM! We informed the desk clerk at check out about the bathroom issues & she didn't seem to concerned.

The property fit our needs perfectly. The following were needs we saw. The bathroom tile is cracked and yellowed/dirty and need replaced. The windows, especially in the bedroom are hard water streaked and dirty. Not nice or easy to look through. Thank you.
