good stay

I stayed here twice within a few days, on the way out to Phoenix and back to Denver. I only had an issue on the way back. Housekeeping thought it was okay to start knocking on my door at 7:30! I got in late and was going to take full advantage of the 11 am checkout. My bad, forgot about the “Do not Disturb” sign. Got out of bed, put it on the doorknob & went back to bed. TWICE more, I was disturbed by, “Knock-knock-knock, HOUSEKEEPING!” NOT cool. Let the desk clerk know how I felt about in no uncertain terms…

This is my 4th stay at this hotel. Very clean with amenities available in the room as well as snacks available by the front desk. The gym is great for travelers, about a 25x10 feet area, bells from 5-50 pounds, flat bench, treadmill, stationary bike, stair machine type, water dispenser with cups, towels with bin, TV, disinfecting wipes, full mirror on one wall. The complimentary breakfast is great. The staff there are great at keeping the meal line stocked as the food gets low. A variety of food and drinks and snacks. The pancake maker is nice too. Takes a minute but comes out nice. I would stay here again as the customer service from the front desk, to housekeepers and kitchen staff is great.

Everything on property worked. Heated swimming pool and hot Jacuzzi…. What else could you ask for. I was on the first floor, steps away from the pool and my daughter was so happy and excited with our short stay. Will definitely stay here next time when we come back this way

Good, breakfast is ok but convenience is great. Bed is really comfortable. Location is amazing! Service was excellent.

shower curtain was moldy and sink didn't drain quickly

It was perfect for the spur of the moment getaway. There was nothing to dislike. Definitely worth staying there again.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious room

Thank you for having a gym for guests and keeping it clean. My family was placed in a room (104) with a handicap accessible shower set up. The shower head/wand holding bar did not hold well. The shower head would fall off the bar and onto the tub floor during normal shower operation. The shower head itself is a notable brand (WaterPik) and works well at places that have a different faucet fixture at the bottom. For some reason, that particular shower head has 2 settings..."off" and "Water Jet" across all the variable spray options. Reason could be the faucet fixture at the bottom. To turn the shower water on, there is one rotation that starts at cold and ends at hot. No in-between to adjust the amount of flow, only the amount of hot-cold. Again, "off' and "water jet". Either the shower head has calcium build up and dirty to create the jet or the bottom faucet fixture is not suitable for that type of shower head outlet creating too much pressure. Going back to the shower head holder. The bar may not be set properly because the only way it sits at that angle of the shower head in place (when it's holding), it sprays the far end of the shower wall above the tub and water begins to run along the top of the tub and onto the floor creating a slip hazard. When the shower head is placed at the bottom of the holding bar, it is spraying too low but does not fall off the holding bar. Again, only a high (floor hazard) or low (crouch) hold.

Very cozy. Although not a luxurious hotel,it has pool, fitness center, free parking and free breakfast. Staff are very nice. Air conditioner does not make noises. Bed and pillows are comfortable.

Rooms are always great and clean. Very secure and safe.

Our stay was amazing. The only thing was the arm on the couch was a little frumpy, in appearance, but it was still very comfortable. Staff at this place are amazing. So friendly and very welcoming.

Everything was great, except transient tried breaking into our vehicle.

This was a very nice and clean place in a nice area of town and a lot of things nearby

We have been traveling this past couple weeks, out Of seven nights in motels, this is by far thse cleanest And had the best breakfast of all

The room was clean and well maintained

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Clean, updated, everything in good working order.very comfortable bed and bedding.Wonderful breakfast. We had a first floor room at the end of hall near exit and we were afraid it would be noisy. It was not at all on our visit. Convenient parking, safe enough neighborhood if not super close to the downtown activities. We would stay again!

Quiet, clean and comfortable. Freshly baked cinnamon rolls are yummy.

Our room was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The breakfast was very good. But most of all, the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. We especially want to thank Anterro (sorry if spelled incorrectly), for all of his help, tourist suggestions and wealth of information. Our trip to Santa Fe was incredible thanks to him.

This place was/is worth the stay, the room was perfect for us 5, my son & i enjoyed using the gym, the breakfast was delicious & a great selection & the staff was wonderful!! I definitely recommend & will definitely stay again!!

The room was nice, the bed was very comfortable and it was so quiet, you didn't hear other guests, which is a huge plus for me. Breakfast was solid and the area was very clean and well stocked. When I was checking out the gentleman at the front desk was so helpful and provided me with a map and tons of suggestions and helpful tips to maximize my limited time in Santa Fe.

Hotel was great but, breakfast needed improvement.
