Location was great.

Alarms going off at 2 am was jarring..

Staff was nice and location is perfect. Appliances are very old so it's perfect for sleep or a place to unplug and dine out.

This property was quiet and nice.

This was a great place to stay after a day on the slopes.

Check in was quick and very personable. The facility is older and could use some updates but it is clean and maintained. The friendly staff make it worth supporting. It’s also close to some great areas!

Restaurant crew were exceptionally helpful and nice! Front desk lady has no personality to greet the public! On the edge of rude..

The location to skiing and hiking is perfect. However, there were many things that put me off. The hot tub was cold which was unfortunate after a long day hiking as it was part of the initial booking appeal. Since the water was cold, we tried the sauna. The sauna had dirty socks in it and was falling apart. On top of that, the lobby smelled like cigarettes. So, I can’t say I’d stay there again.

Good location, needs a remodel, only one entrance, very inconvenient when room is at end of very long haul. House keeping tried to enter while I was sleeping before check out time. Thankful I had latch on door.

Good staff and hiker box. Dont know about other hikers but we have felt pretty good.

Upon arrival our toilet wouldn’t flush and hot air was coming out of the AC wall unit. The stand-alone AC unit was broken. Our room had a fan under a table-eluding to this being a problem for a while. The Sauna was in very poor condition. Unclean, no light switch in the bathroom, missing curtain on shower that looks out to the side of the building where people can walk with a large open window-no curtain…
What makes the Summit Inn experience acceptable is the very friendly and accommodating staff. Clean rooms. As well as the location. The location is ideal for running the Tunnels Marathon and Half (it’s a 5 minute drive to the start). There is also a small grocery store, gas station on either side of the hotel. Across the street is a restaurant and brewery.

No frills hotel. Came for the marathon- excellent location. Pillows could be more comfortable and the fan was noisy. But overall it was fine.

Slow service at times. Rooms in back have construction materials outside

The beds were incredible uncomfortable and the television didn't work and when we brought it up to the front desk person he said he would come up and never did. The only plus is the hotel was really quiet.

Made reservation via Expedia earlier in the day, arrived at 815pm to be told there were no king rooms available like I had reserved. Said for a discount I’ll take the two Queen room. Was yelled at for asking for a discount. Desk clerk then sent the alleged waiter from attached restaurant up to clean a king room for us (as reserved). The Hot tub is cold because they only turn it on if you ask to use it. (Apparently this is normal behavior for this place).
Also - they charge PCT hikers an outrageous price to pick up their mail.

The staff was courteous. I did not like that they originally tried to make me pay $15 per package I had ordered 4 resupply packages sent there through post office and UPS. After much disussion they agreed to drop the b price b to $5 per package. As a hotel customer spending 2 nights I shouldn't have had to pay. The toilet in my room rocked
The tub was slow to drain. There was no coffee pot in my room

The inn is very rustic and charming. The rooms are old but clean. However the AC unit is a portable floor unit that really doesn’t do the job.

Avoid 2nd floor with rooms facing the interstate, they are very noisy.

We had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating!

Staff need a wake up call (check in and check out). Totally just going through the motions with no customer service. Ripped bed sheets. Overall, just needs a complete upgrade.

Location of hotel is excellent! Lots of outdoor things to do and dining options are better than expected. Brewery with food truck and two other restaurants besides the one attached to hotel.
Hotel is okay, very dated. Mattresses, pillows and towels are in desperate need of being replaced. Restaurant attached to hotel also is in desperate need of being updated. Food was okay.
It is a very affordable option if you want a quick get away and you have other things planned to do in the area.

Gross. If you can avoid this property, you should. Dirty, run down, rude staff, electrical issues, extremely overpriced because it is the only hotel near a very busy highway and sko resort.

Slowest check in experience I’ve had in a long time. But room is clean and comfortable and location can’t be beat. Attached diner seems nice with reasonable prices.

Decent hotel at the Snoqualmie Pass and near the tunnel. My only complaint was a tilted mattress (one side was higher than the other). But it sufficed for a fun marathon race weekend.

Older hotel but currently being updated. No air conditioning, using microwave kept tripping the breaker so our room lost power multiple times. Room dated/dirty carpet. Expedia and front desk staff did allow us to cancel our second night after we voiced unheard concerns to the staff.

The inn is next to I-90, so you’ll need earplugs to be able to sleep.

The staff was very friendly. This is a dated but clean hotel. I feel like I stepped back in time to the late 80's or early 90's. They were installing carpet and you could tell that they are trying to make improvements to the place. We stayed 2 nights but no housekeeping came and we had to go to the front desk to get more towels.

The inn has a historical air about it that’s very appealing. There is an attached restaurant offering excellent food and service.

I like the ambiance of rustic appearance in the lobby. My room overlooks a messy yard and the Hiway. The room is very well appointed and very clean. Friendly treatment.

So we booked this property because it was the only hotel near the falls we wanted to visit. I thought how bad could it really be? Well, it was really bad. I guess it's because they are the only option so can charge a lot of money for a completely run down place that looked like it hadn't been touched since the 80s. There were people hanging out in the parking lot so also worried about the car all night. We were originally in a king bed room but those were all right next to the loud highway so we asked to change. So then I was paying extra for a king bed but now in a double queen room. The regular air conditioning didn't work so had this janky setup attached to the window. It was super loud all night and hardly worked. Meanwhile the bathroom was at 80 degrees all night. The place didn't look clean either so I was worried about sitting on anything or walking around barefoot. I was so upset (booked for two nights) that we found another hotel and asked for a refund for the second night. They nicely said they would refund but haven't seen that post to my account yet. I would say either find a hotel in Bellevue or further out as this one just isn't worth it.

A pet-friendly stay in a beautiful area was what we were looking for, however we were left wanting. From stains and odors in the room - on the wall, carpet, sheets, etc. - to the lack of overall maintenance of the property in general, I was not happy with my stay at Summit Inn. The mattress is old and sinks horribly, the hot tub had broken tiles and mold on the walls, the luggage carts do not roll easily or properly with luggage on them, the list goes on. The staff were helpful for the most part and courteous. The TV is old, and the service is limited with very pixeled channels. A remodel and some updates/maintenance would go a long way into making the Summit Inn a great place to stay. Plenty of parking though. For a short stay this is okay. I would consider the Summit Inn again if everything has been maintained, repaired, and cleaned.
