Had reserved two rooms for our party of four, but they only had one room. When I showed my reservation & confirmation number, they said that didn't matter. Ultimately we were able a second room, but they took no responsibilty for the error.

It was clean and fast check in. Front desk was very good, allowed a fifth bracelet so my family of 5 could all use the pool for my sons birthday.

Overall nice stay. Pool had way too much chlorine in it. So much it burned my eyes just sitting watching my sons. No pillows or blankets for the pull out even though I requested it. Breakfast also needs an update

Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was good, coffee available all day in lobby. Would stay there again.

Service getting us to a room with a working AC was awesome!

Where can I begin, there’s hotel has a nice flight but when you try to go in the pool, it’s like a prison because only a certain amount of people can’t be scanned in and when I walked in the pool area, it was stinky like smelly because people are not washing them self before you get in the pool The pool looks dirty I just reap of bacteria all over the place. The floor had a lot of lint on it then the rooms at night I couldn’t hardly sleep because I hear a lot of noise below me and I’m above somebody that was making tons of noise I had to call the receptionist and let them know, but the noise continued so I just tried to go to sleep. there’s no pads or pens to write on and there were some issues around the room that I had a problem with, but I didn’t write it down. I forgot overtime. There was hardly any soap which ran out in one of the containers. They didn’t put enough toilet tissue in the room. Was just completely disgusted and pissed off and I wanted my money back I was gonna leave but I was already settled in the room. They were doing construction on the first floor but I was high up on the floor I think. I didn’t hear them. I just heard people jumping like kids. The only thing that was good was the breakfast that’s it everything else blah!!!!!

The room itself was great and the beds were comfortable. There are many restaurants and stores near the hotel. Staff was very nice. There's no water pressure and it took my very curly haired daughter a very long time to wash her hair. There were no extra rolls of toilet paper in the room. When i called for a roll i was told i had to go to the front desk to get one because cleaning service was not available until 10am (or maybe 10:30). My kids enjoyed the pool and water slide very much. The small hallway between the hotel lobby and pool entrance was always freezing because workers were keeping an outside door propped open. When I mentioned it, they didn't seem to care. Not great for the little ones that had to walk through there soaking wet. There's some construction going on in the building, and the workers were keeping it open for easy in and out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will go there again.

We stayed here for an event as it was the closest hotel to the venue. We arrived around 5:15pm and were told our room wasn’t ready by the lady at the desk. She said that housekeeping was behind and it was out of their control. We had an hour to get ready for our event. My wife started asking to speak to a manger to get more answers, and the lady shrugged her shoulders and walked into the back room. The other man that was at the desk radio’d housekeeping and someone came over and said a room would be ready in 5 mins. Great. Hotel is under construction and a mess. Room had someone else’s personal belongings in it, refrigerator was not working, beds are stiff as a board, but we were in such a time crunch we didn’t say anything just got ready and left for the night. Wouldn’t choose this hotel on our next visit to the area. Overall not a great experience for the rate.
