This is definitely going to become our go-to place to stay when we come in to Seattle. Check in was swift and incredibly friendly. Parking was easy and very reasonable, especially when combined with a breakfast pass. And, breakfast was delicious! We loved our comfortable bed and lovely room with a spectacular view of Lake Union. The neighborhood was easily accessible and very quiet.

The rooms were uncomfortable, paper thin bedding. Spare blanket was crusty and old. Because I booked thru Expedia they can’t help with trouble shooting..there was no microwave. The couch was hard as a rock!

Hotel was nice, clean and friendly. I put one requirement for a pool in my search filter and hotel did not have one. They also charged me $50 to park my car. Other that those big negatives the hotel was nice and the view of the lake was great.

The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are spacious, the lobby is aesthetically pleasing, and the area is quiet.

Only have maid service every other day, didnt know that so had to get more towels. Didnt have a facial bar soap, so had to use body wash.

I looked for a few hours over the internet for a place to stay in Seattle. We have been before and I wanted a better experience. This place ticked all the boxes, the staff was wonderful, the room was super nice, updated, view on the lake on the top floor. The parking was also perfect. I had booked a deal with parking and breakfast included. The breakfast wasn’t a buffet but that was even better, you get to pick from the menu and I feel like there is less waste. The food was great! I will definitely book there again. Walking to the museum and Space Needle was so quick too.

We had a great stay. We did enjoy the place. The staff was incredible. We stayed in rm 746 Only complaints. Bar was closed on a friday eve. Your pillows are awful. We got extra and the extra ones were better. They didn't squash down to nothing. We ran into another couple in the elevator they had the same thought. The phone in the room wasnt working. The wall behind the TV has some kind of reddish liquid that splashed on the wall.

Great view and location. Everything was great. One comment would be the cologne smell throughout the lobby- way too much.

We had to get a hotel quickly because our tent for camping broke on our trip. The staff was friendly and quickly accommodated us. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable.

I’ve stayed here about 10 times. Rooms are very comfortable and showers are excellent.

We were upgraded to a lake view room and everything was very clean. The front desk staff were very helpful and the market was nice to have to grab things from.

Breakfast (Bistro) was expensive and food selection was unappetizing as well as its taste. A continental breakfast would have been better. The property was adequate but not outstanding for the price charged.

The hotel and staff were very nice but their parking garage tickets machine was not working the entire time I was there. It continued trying to charge me even after staff fixed my ticket multiple times.

The front desk clerk Mosjh(sp) had a snobby demeanor! It was unpleasant interacting with him. He treated us as if we were beneath him and as if it was exhausting for him to be in our presence. He questioned why we were there in the first place. He offered a complimentary breakfast when we checked in and when we asked him about it the next day he treated us as if we were begging for a handout. We’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and often choose the Marriott because we can expect a certain experience. This stay did not meet our expectations at all. This stay was the 1st time our 11 year old son was old enough to remember the stay. The fact that this desk clerk chose to behave this way in front of our son compounded our displeasure.

Lots of noise in the hall until midnight. If you’re going to book a sports team, you need to put them on a floor where they won’t bother everyone wise

View from the room was great & paying extra for parking is a huge bonus!
