I don't know if it was just my bad luck, but: 1. upon checking in, I wasn't able to make the heating work. Thankfully, a maintenance guy came and showed me that the AC unit could be controlled ONLY from the thermostat. I appreciated the help, but this could have been explained with a little note in the room, as is customary. 2. The first day water was cut from 12pm to 5pm. To their credit, they restored service earlier, at 3, But it would have been nice to know beforehand - I had to cancel my work out for obvious reasons. 3. The first night I had noisy ladies in the neighboring room. I called the desk and they were very receptive to my complaint. But somehow at 3:30am (!!) a terrifying alarm woke me up, which stopped 30 seconds later. Next morning, when I approached the desk, they explained that "something" triggered it, and apologized for it. But that night I was left in total ignorance of what was going on, and my sleep most definitely ruined. 4. Not all machines at the gym work. But most of them do. 5. The fourth day a contingent of 40 Spanish teenagers arrived. They were reasonably well behaved, but the small cafeteria was in NO WAY ready for that number of people, and as a result many items in the PAID breakfast selection were missing. / In sum, maybe I was rather unlucky. At the interpersonal level, the staff was very attentive. But I suspect that the administration could be more proactive about certain situations. Open to try again, with caution.

Excellent To have free electric vehicle charging. Staff were extremely kind and quick to help. Had to request daily service and pay extra for Continental breakfast

Once a month I stay at this hotel , and I always confirm my room the day before, and they are always always nice , this time I called , Holly answered the phone absolutely Rude , her voice she want argue with me , when I asked her my husband and I staying, she was keep arguing with me !!!

Excellent front desk staff. The complementary bag of water ("Welcome Gift") was an EXCELLENT touch when we arrived. Nice. It was the BEST hotel we've stayed in during our driving trip across America. I wish we could have stayed there longer.

The hotel was nice and the customer service was great! Even though our A/C unit went out on the first night, they helped us get another room and provided a discount on the stay.

I had issues with my toilet not working all night plus the shower would clog causing me to pause the shower so the water could go down making our stay very inconvinient.

I loved my stay. The room was perfect and the staff was excellent!

Couldn't get the AC to work properly, too hot. The maintenance man could not get it to work either. I called three times with my concerns, but I only got one reply. The other two times I had to leave the room and go down to the desk. The man at the front desk looked at the maintenance man and says, "I told you what to do, so we're done." There was no resolution, at which time I requested another room. In the meantime the fire alarm went off twice... shrieking bells and strobe lights going off. They finally offered us another room, but that was an hour later. We'd been packing all day and working with movers and were totally exhausted and just wanted to lay down and go to sleep, because we had to leave at 6 am in the morning. Would never recommend that hotel to anyone.

Very comfortable stay. I would go back. Front lobby very bright and inviting. I just wish they didn’t charge extra for breakfast. I like the gift bag with bottled water and a snack. That was very welcoming

Nice hotel

Due to the hurricane I had to check out earlier than expected and the desk person was able to check me out the day I had to leave. Great customer service.

The room was great. Clean, ease of use for most features that come in the room. For the price and location it was more than what I could've expected. The lobby had no A/C so I felt for the concierge that helped me check in but they handled it and for that they need raises/promotions

This place charged about double its value. Good area, but definitely an older hotel. Small, non smart TV, limited channels, not clean... Old food stuck on the chair. Difficult to find parking at night. Overall opinion of this place, for a Hilton property... Very low. Do not recommend.

Called and went down to front desk, both days I was there to ask for extra blankets and towels. Didn’t happen even called multiple times. Front desk manager would just say yes we will get them to you. Upon check in they did not disclose we need Ed to request house keeping the room was not cleaned at all.

I didn't like the service from the front desk attendant after telling him not to charge me twice. And he did it anyways. How unvelievable. I had to contactexpedia to deal with him and thanks god i did. No parking at all. I was told to park in the red area which is for the fire department and I didn't. What an adveture for that day. Only 2 hrs of sleep. Manager was really nice and accesible, however, night front desk atrendant was unexperienced and gave me a reallly bad experience. Should train people more often.
