The Insignia Hotel, Sarnia, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

What a beautiful hotel. Everything was top notch. The exercise room and pool were very nice and the guest room was so clean and well appointed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My stay at The Insignia Hotel in Sarnia was outstanding from start to finish. One of the first things I noticed was how fresh and inviting the hotel smelled. The pleasant scents throughout the lobby, hallways, and common areas created a clean, relaxing, and luxurious atmosphere that made a wonderful first impression and remained consistent throughout my stay. The reception staff and every team member I interacted with were exceptional—warm, welcoming, professional, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. They truly made me feel valued as a guest from the moment I arrived. I also want to recognize the housekeeping team for their excellent work. My room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and refreshed to a very high standard each day. Their attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness really stood out. Overall, The Insignia Hotel delivers an exceptional guest experience with outstanding service, immaculate housekeeping, and an incredibly fresh and inviting atmosphere throughout the property. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sarnia and look forward to staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay at The Insignia. The room was clean and didn't feel stuffy like some rooms do when you walk in. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful, just like we like it! We also enjoyed using their pool and hot tub. We checked in easily, the staff was helpful and friendly. It was nice having free parking on the premises. The location was ideal, as we were able to walk a few blocks for restaurants and the river walk was right down the street. We didn't use the on-site bar or restaurant, as we were only there one night and wanted to experience the downtown area more. We would stay here again. Very nice.
