The price and the room, very good bargain

The rooms need work!

the staff was friendly, there was no breakfast, the vending machines didn't offer water for purchase and the water fountain was closed/shut off at night. the carpets looked clean in the room, but they smell, and the toilet inside looked dirty when we checked in.

We had some initial issues with our original room, but the staff member was very kind and quickly reacted to our situation giving us an upgraded room for the same price. Given her kind and professional manner, I would not hesitate to stay here again. The property is very fairly priced.

What can you expect for less than 100 a night. Room was super muggy. Bed was harder than a rock, the floors were dusty, breakfast well thats a different comment lets just say they only served bread, muffin and bananas. Nothing else. Also, this place was full of drug addicts and people partying all night long.

Bathroom & towels were not very clean

The entire hotel has a very thick cigarette smell. The floors, surfaces, and bathrooms seemed like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. Very messy behind the front desk

I reserved a two queen room and they changed it to a one king bed because unavailability. But I make my reservation with a lot of time and I had to sleep on the floor cause everything was booked around the area. Not coming back to this hotel.

Property in terrible condition! Sink, blinds and lamp shade were all broken! The room had a terrible smell and you had to search for property owners when you needed help. Maid service did not happen period. Would never stay here again!!!

The shower curtain had hair on it and it was very brown on the bottom part of it/dirty. The carpet did not appear that it had been vacuumed and I did not want to step on it with my bare feet. I could visibly see hair on the carpet in some areas. There is no elevator so I had to carry both sets of my luggage up a flight of stairs to get to my room.

Decent place with the exception that no breakfast, rooms looked clean until you look around the edges, blankets to thin, towels to rough.

The free Breakfast was unavailable, no explanation or discount. Hallways and rooms smelled awful. There was no fan in the bathroom, just a whole in the ceiling.

Neighboring Room was very noisy until late at night. To be fair, I didn't report it because I was too tired. There were flies in the room that made it difficult for me to fall asleep without covering my heard.

The room had several flies,the floor seemed moist,there was black in the shower and it drained real slow so u were standing in water. I did expect to at least have milk or juice with the piece of toast and little Debbie that was available for breakfast. So disappointed.

The staff were very helpful. I had a quiet and restful stay.

Lights in bathroom didn’t work, tub didn’t drain, hallway smelled musty, sheets were thin, stains on the wall, sheets and towels weren’t changed. The staff were very friendly, however. Easy parking, good location to town, safe.

First- the front desk guy was very nice and tried to fix things, but the property is just in terrible condition. Speaking of condition- the first room I was put into had a completely broken off deadbolt, a large spider & smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. The second room had a broken, but not broken off deadbolt. Still I just didn’t feel safe - why would the deadbolt latches be broken and not fixed that’s a quick and inexpensive repair?? The last room at least had a working security lock and only smelled musty (like it hadn’t been opened or aired out in a while). The carpet “baseboard” was falling off the wall and the floor had not been vacuumed well let alone cleaned. The air conditioner didn’t cool, so I just turned it off and opened the windows to find window screen packed with cobwebs and dead bugs, there was a used tissue in the windowsill and the other window had steam billowing in from id guess the laundry (so I shut that). The bathtub stopper was sitting next to the sink for some reason and they had replaced the light fixture, shower curtain rod and toilet in the bathroom but not repainted, I don’t think it was mid-repair I think they just couldn’t bother to finish the fit and finish repairs. The towels were more tan than white, which didn’t make me feel great about the cleanliness of the linens. Breakfast is toast, not that I’d eat there. Overall if it hadn’t been midnight I would’ve left, but looking back I would’ve felt safer and cleaner in my rental car.

Nothing wrong with the place. If you're looking for a place to crash and sleep while visiting, this is a good place. Not a lot of amenities or extras, but it's a bed with a shower and OJ in the morning, so it's fine. It's fine for the price and compared to the other options in Northfield.

The room was artistically decorated and clean.

Not kept up very well inside. With that said, beds and pillows were very comfortable. Free breakfast was invisible by 9am. Only a couple pieces of bread and 2 mini muffins left. Staff, especially Amanda, did all they could to be of service. For a short stay, it’s located conveniently.
