The staff was accommodating and helpful. Very nice and easy process.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed.

The bed was not comfortable for me but my husband ,which is a camper, slept like a log. One of the reviews said hot tub but there wasn't one. The place was clean and staff friendly but to our surprise we came back ti an our uncleaned room.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Will be staying here again.

Very nice clean place to stay. I couldn't find the remote. They provided another without question. Excellent breakfast. But... I don't understand the new way they do Rewards now. We have used Hotels.com for quite a few years and have stayed in many hotels and guest houses around the world. We liked the way we were Rewarded with a free or very discounted stay after 10 overnight stays. Now I don't know how this new way works or even benefits us.

Staff was super friendly, room was clean, comfortable mattress, breakfast was different daily. No complaints!

The property was clean and new and very convenient! The front house staff were great when checking us in.

Clean, well maintained and well equipped rooms with comfortable beds. Staff always available, friendly and helpful with good knowledge of the area. Reasonable rates makes the hotel great value. On a major road but no sidewalks, or proper crosswalks. A good Italian restaurant on adjacent property, but to reach anything else one has to walk a fair distance on rough ground on the side of the road to keep clear of traffic. Not a big inconvenience as the hotel has an excellent breakfast buffet, daylong coffee/tea facility and well stocked area for purchase of snacks.

My stay was excellent . Although it was one night I slept comfortably, I was greeted with great service professionalism and friendliness. The room and bathroom was impecable and the breakfast was very good.

The hotel was really nice and the room I stayed in was really in great condition. It had everything that was needed.

Sadly I had higher expectations for this property. They put be in an access room for no reason, and the room was bare minimum for furnishings and such. The bed was lumpy, uncomfortable and the AC unit was so loud that it woke me multiple times. The people above me were very loud and also woke me up. I won’t be visiting this property again.

Great hotel, we stayed for 4 nights while visiting with realtors in search of a new home to relocate to from Florida. Very clean and the staff made it very comfortable even for a meeting in the lobby with a realtor.

We went to check into the room at 6pm and our room was not ready due to it not being cleaned yet. The woman at the desk offered we hang out in the lobby and did not have an estimated time when the room would be ready. This was unfortunate, thankfully we found something else to do in the mean time. The room was clean and nice once we got in.

I have stayed in other Fairfields, and now look for them whenever I travel. However, this one was a bit disappointing. The room was very musty, and never got better over our 3-day stay, which made it very uncomfortable for sleeping. Supposedly, this was due to recent rain — but I have to believe it could have been better than it was. Hotels in such frequently-damp climates should learn to invest in dehumidifiers (or more efficient ACs). Second, towels were generally not available at the pool, and used ones were not collected for up to a full day. Perhaps the hotel did not learn anything during the pandemic. Finally, management should monitor the parking lot; every night, numerous vehicles thoughtlessly straddled multiple places, making it harder for others to find a place. If the front desk recorded license plate numbers — as used to be done routinely at hotels — the owners of such cars could be asked to re-park them legally.

My check in time was at 3 didnt get there till about 5, then had to wait about 40 minutes to get my room cause it was not cleaned. Then once we got settled I noticed a dead bug and nail clippings on the floor from the previous renters. The phone systems would not connect me to the front desk so i had to go back down stairs. I told them the problem and had to wait the next day to get it cleaned.

Perfect hotel and location to visit the quaint coastal town of Southport. Hotel and rooms were clean with a breakfast to begin our day. Front desk and housekeeping staff were excellent and made our stay pleasant.

Everything was wonderful at the property. The only suggestion I would make is to have more towel bars in the bathroom and high-rise potties would be a lot nicer. The entire staff was wonderful. I would definitely stay there again!

Just spend 1 night but will definitely go back again. The updated decor was great, the bed comfortable and the staff friendly.
