3 flights of stairs to walk was a bit to much but I guess I got to get in shape

We won’t stay here again. There are lots of other hotels in the area and there are better choices. It’s a decent hotel but the service is very lacking. Good: The third floor, where our room was, had recently been renovated. The hall was bright and cheery, the room had new carpets, and floors, newly painted walls, new fixtures. The room was bright and cheery and had lots of bright light fixture and plenty of outlets and USB ports. Beds were soft and very comfortable. The floor was very quiet and we got a good night’s sleep. There was a good variety of breakfast items and the attendant was always there, working hard and keeping it very clean and she was very pleasant. Not so good: We stayed there three days. The elevator was broken the whole time, so we had to carry all out luggage up to the third floor and go up and down the stairs many times a day. The stairwell we had to use was attendant filthy. Although the floor we were on was newly renovated and bright, the hall carpet was dirty and was never vacuumed while we were there. Our room was never touched while we were there, no trash emptied, no linens changed, no toiletries replenished. We had to go out and buy soap, shampoo, etc. Oddly, the newly renovated bathroom had ZERO towel racks, we had to drape our washcloths and towels over various things so they would dry out every day (never got new towels). The tub/shower had ZERO ledges to put soap, toiletries etc., we had to put our things on the edges of the

Property is under construction. The rooms smells like constant cigarettes and weed. I had a 3 nigjt stay but got a full refund because this place is a dump.

The front desk liaison, Pete, was thorough, efficient complementary, and has a fantastic memory. He remembers my name. Every time I walk in and out of the property… He is a real gem he needs a raise!

Did excactly as they should

This was my second time staying there. This time it wasn't was great. The elevator wasn't working. My room was on the third floor. When I asked if there was an estimate on when it would be fixed, I was told that no there was no estimate and when it was fixed it would be done. The curtains were hanging off the rod. The worst part was the shower. It barley had water coming out of the shower head and it took a long time for the water to heat up.

Here for 3 nights and 4 days On the third floor and elevator is broken. 😕

The staff was very friendly. There was a pretty good selection of food for breakfast and good tasting. The room was a good size for the 5 of us and beds were comfy. It was quiet during the night, so I was able to get a good night's sleep. Most hotels I have stayed are loud, whether it's people talking or walking around or the staff is doing laundry...but not at this hotel. Everything went smoothly!

Staff was extremely friendly, room was in nice condition, but the hotel is currently under construction and the elevator isn't working.

Staff least concerned with guest needs. Front desk staff not pleasant, they just dont like anything being asked for. Would not go back!

i did order this through Hotels.com- this place had a broken elevator and our room was booked for 2nd floor. I am 74 years old and so is my husband. I feel that you should have let us know. It was not a great stay..

The room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel was close to the areas where I needed to go. Check-in and check-out was easy and fast. sadly, there was no elevator available, and my room was on the third floor.

Spent 4 nights. Room was better than expected. Facility was clean despite ongoing renovation. Decent breakfast options. Hope the elevator gets fixed soon. Would stay again if in the area.

This place is under construction We went there to relax and get away for a couple days All I heard was banging pounding the whole time . It was extremely loud heard the workers talking like they were inside my room . Horrible

They were doing construction and had debris everywhere. It was loud in the morning and when I got there they gave me a room with people already in it. The man at the front desk tried to over charge us for drinks. The elevator was out.

Elevator was not working for 2weeks as told by the manager. Worst shower pressure. Had a water leak in the property and they shut it off. Had to go to another room for shower.

Not clean and terrible front desk staff. There is construction going on in property. You cant rest in daytime. Elevator refrigerator and dryer not working. There clean the rooms in 3 to 4 days 1 time. I am not going back here.

The rooms are nice and spacious. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Any issue I had was taken care of in a timely manner.

It looked nothing like the pictures on your site. And I reserved specifically because it said it had a hot tub, which I needed foe my back. But it did not.

The weather pressure was awful. Took a long time to warm up and very little water would come out.
