Property was very well kept up

Fine hotel. Easy in and out and carb filled breakfast. A typical midwest overnighter.

it was a stay last minute and they were super friendly and accommodating.

Service could be alittle more helpful. Internet and TV was intermittent, printer at the front for customer use was out of ink. Breakfast would end at 0930 when suppose to stay open until 1000. There was Marijuana use in hotel, told mgt. They said they would spray deodorizer.

Very small rooms, no microwaves, lights flicker, the TV reception is horrible. I intended on watching the NFL playoffs but their provider didn’t carry NBC?? Breakfast is very minimal with no eggs or meat. The only bright side of this property was the kind employee at the reception desk.

Affordable, clean, personalized

This is the second time saying here overnight. The staff is always friendly and helpful and my kids love the option to sleep on the window sill bed! The property is a little old but in good shape. Breakfast is not great

Toilet not attached well to the floor. I sat on it in the middle of the night and it made a huge noise and woke people up. I thought I was going to fall; scented soap used on sheets. It bothered my allergies somewhat.; tv was glichy. It kept pausing. On the positive side: they originally sent us to a room with used sheets. (I understand how it could happen.) When I called the front desk to have it remedied, the manager walked upstairs to give us keys to another room and stayed to make certain we were happy. Great front desk service! I would definitely stay here again though.

Nice place to sleep for the night. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, convenient location, and reasonably priced. The property shows its age, but I’d definitely stay here again.

Very good staff

The room did not have a smoke detector & the security lock was broken. The heater was very loud, inconsistent, and had a funky smell. Pet fees were only accepted in cash. The coffee pods for the in-room coffee did not fit in the coffee maker & coffee in the continental breakfast area was empty. The shower was hot and bed was comfortable enough. We’ve stayed her several times over the years, but it does appear to need significant maintenance.

This is a very affordable stay on a very long road trip. It was quiet, and an easy and friendly check in. The room and beds were comfortable and it was clean enough. Toilet was a little dirty and we had to ask for more towels, but otherwise good place to stay. We’d come back if the price is the same and we do the road trip again.

We reserved an accessible room and didn’t get one. The shower head was terrible and didn’t have decent water pressure. Other than that it was fine.

We had a great stay except for the clerk she had an attitude

Stayed just overnight but the room was clean and comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Nice free breakfast. Free parking. Within walking distant to 3-4 restaurant options. Would stay here again.

The room was great and the front desk was wonderful. Very helpful with where to eat and directions to our next destination.

Check-in staff was very personable

The people in the room next to me are loud & the walls are so thin I can hear everything they are saying. I will never stay here again. Wasted $90.73.

Rented room for 2 but was only set up for 1. No safety features in shower for any of 3 rooms rented. One of us slipped and fell in shower because of this. No refrigerator in room for medicatons. Booked 3 rooms at same time, and all checked in together yet 1 room was on an entirely different floor.

Always a pleasant stay

I think every room no matter ifnit has 2 beds or 1 bed ahouldnhave refrigerators . Also refrigerators should be bigger with more spacenin freezer as well. Get better door keys , had trouble woth opening my room key would deactivate almost every time ! Other than that was wonderful!!

My door card was very temperamental… The TV is hard to watch being up so high. Guide on TV wasn’t easy to find as there wasn’t any paper TV guide. The desk chair doesn’t fit between the bed and wall to sit on it to watch TV.. on the other side the air conditioner overpowered the TV volume. There isn’t a wake up call option on the phone other than using the clock radio, which I tried to set the alarm and it buzzed at a different time as there weren’t any instructions for it.

Clean and convient.

Checkin took us at least 30 minutes. The gal working the front desk was very nice, BUT we couldn’t get into our first room despite trying 4 different keys 2 different times. The second room they tried to put us in we also couldn’t get into because someone was already in it. We were able to get into the 3rd room they wanted to try, however when I got into the room it appeared that someone had been laying in one of the beds and there was a condom in the toilet. Finally, they tried a 4th room and we were able to stay in that one. We had a hard time feeling comfortable in this hotel given that whole experience. And in the room we stayed in, it smelled like someone had been smoking in there. They must not have recorded what room we actually stayed in, because we got a call later that day saying we left personal items in our room - it must have been one of the rooms they tried to put us in that already had people in it. We will definitely not be staying here again, and more than likely will not stay at a hotel from this chain either.

I was a bit disappointed because my room was so small, there is paint chipped off the wall, and I thought there was a workout room but there wasn't. Also there wasn't a container in my room to get ice with. I did like the lady who checked me in. She was friendly and since my room didn't have a refrigerator she put some of my things in a bigger refrigerator they had. The room was clean. The lodge was surrounding by a variety of eating places that I could walk to for dinner.

Good location and safe

Overall very comfortable. Very clean and in good condition. Would stay there again.

The room I had in this hotel needed updated and repaired. Shower head was loose in the wall. Not all lights worked. Window was bad dirty on outside. Parking lot lights were not working. Parking lot was dark. Staff was friendly.

We had read about dirty air filters on the air conditioning unit. We did clean ours so that the room temperature was comfortable. Also for hairs stuck to the wall of the shower.

None of the lighting in the parking lot worked. When I let the front desk know, their response was that they knew “some” lights weren’t working. When I reiterated that none of the lights were working the staff at front desk said, “I don’t know why they haven’t fixed that. We have cameras.” I’m not sure how well cameras would capture images in a completely dark parking lot. Another safety concern is that the back entrance latch was taped down so that it would never engage in locking. The door could be opened tub anyone…no key needed. Facilities were not clean and very worn. I will never stay here again, and honestly will not stay at Wyndham facilities after this. The Company should be checking on these smaller properties and holding them to a better standard especially when it comes to safety.
