The lady at the front desk is rude! I kept telling her my room key wasn’t working but she wouldn’t believe me until she tried it for herself. Parking sucked! The room was nice and clean though. I don’t know if I would stay here again.

This hotel is in a good location but it’s a horrible spot to stay. We are a family of 4 and booked 2 rooms. The hotel is old, dirty, run down and I would not recommend anyone stay here. The air conditioners are EXTREMELY loud, the pools are small and very dirty, one of our bathrooms had a dirty face cloth left in the shower and hair all over the floor. There were tiles missing in the bathroom and stains on the bedroom walls. The shower and bathroom was so dirty I didn’t want to use it. I showered wearing my flip flops and made my children do the same. We couldn’t wait to leave this place.

Parking is horrendous. Only two off street places to park off a very busy street slightly dangerous for you and your vehicle. Many stairs. WiFi is iffy and not great. This property on par maybe with a motel 6. Now all that being said I did like my stay at this slightly quirky hotel. The woman at the front Joycelyn? was ready to help any and everyone with whatever be it helping to fit into a parking space or answer questions or anything else. She was awesome. This place gives you an authentic st Thomas stay and feel. Walking distance to the shops and such. Not close to any beaches. Grocery store is about a 15 min walk and keep in mind almost everything closes early in this area. It is based primarily on the cruise boat tourists when they leave shops close. But anyway yes the hotel has many stairs and no bellman. Small maybe 6x12 pool but it was refreshing! Room is ok no drain plug in sink, shower weirdly set up so you at literally on the wall and grout is bad. Coffee pot but no coffee but a mini fridge. Wall Air conditioner loud but glad to have it since it was hot. Bed pretty comfy. Never got tv to work for local channels but we did have a fire stick but that was a pain because as previously stated the WiFi is iffy. Included bfast is limited but a good start to your day. All in all I have to say I’d stay here again. The hard part is the car situation. My car was hit and run- insurance nightmare and another persons scooter stolen same day.

Clean comfortable beds w air conditioning. Balcony. Insects in bathroom at night. No fruit at breakfast. Good coffee . Service inconsistent. All of St Thomas is overpriced . This room was $150 a night

Bunker Hill Hotel was amazing! Spacious room. Staff was wonderful! Made to order breakfast choices. Definitely recommend! 10-15 mins to airport.

Absolutely discusting! There was water damage on the ceiling that was not ever taken care of. The floor was filthy. The shower was very moldy and the shower head was discustingly black with mold. The bed frame was like 4 pieces of 4x2's hammered together to make a frame that definitely tilted downward at the head. Overall I wouldnt ever recomend this place to anyone.

The hotel was ok. However, the incident taht occurred made my stay real.nightmare. on feb 18, 2024 i returned to my room to find out all my clothes, shoes, toiletries and other personal items were removed. It turned out cleaning service was convinced the room was checked out which was incorrect. They placed all my items into trash bag and placed the bag in the laundry room. The items were returned. The hotel replaced missing toothpaste and ziplock bag. This is unacceptable practice. I will certainly avoid this place.

Hotel staff is very friendly. The hotel has a nice view and is centrally located. Parking is a pain. The facility itself is so old and in such a poor condition that we experienced issues with A/C, TV, hair dryer, shower. Low quality mattress is used in the last room we stayed. 3 star is definitely an overrating. At most, it is a 2 star…
