Would give more stars if I could. Nothing but wonderful things to say about our stay. The lady that checked us in was very sweet, forgot to catch her name, dark complected (Indian maybe?). They serve popcorn and cookies in the evening and we were going down to the pool you could smell the cookies even just outside our top floor room. We went past them trying to get to the pool and the lady that checked us in rushed to tell us more cookies would be out in just a moment. The pool and hot tub were very clean. We slept great, beds very comfy. Then the breakfast was AMAZING! We all ate entirely too much! The breakfast host, I believe her name was Tonia, was unbelievably sweet. Kept checking on us, told us to grab a muffin or fruit for the road and to fill our water bottles up. My little girl was having a whole tantrum when I was getting her breakfast and she got down low and talked to her and made her smile. Such a wonderful crew and stay. We will use this hotel again!!!!

Had a good overnight stay with my kids. Tonia the breakfast server was exceptional. She was super friendly, helpful, loves her job, and really cares about the customers. Her breakfast was delicious and there were many choices. The beds were comfortable.

I would like to thank the woman who prepared the food for breakfast and kindly explained it to me, and I would like to give her full marks.

I booked 2 rooms, one that my friend's stay in. It didn't get cleaned when as to be clean & they ended up cleaning their room theme.

Nice play to stay. Excellent breakfast. Maybe a touch overpriced. Room could use a few touch ups but has been renovated at some point.

Everyone was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and very nice the breakfast was wonderful with a variety of things to choose from. The breakfast lady was awesome definitely would choose them again.

I was very pleased with this hotel. Friendly staff. I especially enjoyed being greeted by Tonia every morning for breakfast. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything needed for an enjoyable breakfast. It was great to see her always smile. If my daughter chooses to go to college next year in the area this will be my hotel i stay at when i come to visit her.

The best part was the breakfast and the very nice woman who handled the breakfast. Furniture worn. No housekeeping during our 2-night stay. Better option in Georgetown.

It took us going to 3 different rooms when we first checked in, after a long trip in. After unloading all our stuff, including food, we discovered the room's refrigerator didn't work. The second room we went to, the refrigerator worked fine, but the A/C /Heat did not work at all! Going to the third room, at least the blower was working, and the refrigerator was cool enough to preserve food from spoiling. A disappointing experience, but the front desk did do all they could to help.Usually our stays at this chain are good and uneventful. Here's to more of those!

Hotel is in a good location, easy to find with plenty of restaurants in a short walk or drive. Fast friendly check in. Room was neat, clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub was nice. Breakfast was good and host was very friendly and helpful. Overall nice stay and would recommend.

The desk staff were exceptional and the breakfast well appointed. In the room the linens were crisp and clean however furniture had not been dusted in some time and the bathroom was only surface cleaned.

Very pleased with upkeep of property and cleanliness. Quiet nights rest, adequate breakfast. If property stays this way, we will definitely make it a stopping point in our travels

The staff was very polite. Especially the continental breakfast host. The hot tub jets didn't work right.

I was a little disappointed in the room, the bathroom could of been cleaned a little better and the shower looked discolored and needed some care. I felt what we paid it could of been nicer.

Quiet hotel with ample parking. Room was clean and updated. Only one elevator.

The lady working in the Breakfast section was outstanding. We stayed an extra night because of her.

Pillows were old and lumpy. The bedding was quite thin and I was cold during the night. There was no milk at breakfast nor was there any cereal. We skipped the breakfast on day 2.
