The rooms have been renovated and the beds comfortable. Note : Showers were Luke Warm. And now there is $100 deposit for incidentals. (Was not aware till I arrived )

Fridge not working and was moldy. Lost all my food I brought and had to spend additional money on meals.

I had a good stay; however, I found very little toilet paper in my room, the shower didn’t want to turn on, and the faucet was leaking. The room was clean and front desk were very kind and helpful.

We enjoy the hotel. The staff is excellent and the hotel is very clean. Everyone is very friendly.

Everything was clean and nice however throughout our stay no one came to clean our room. The toilet chain kept falling off as well that part was not pleasant at all.

"What did I not like you ask?" There were a lot of things I wasn't expecting and did not like. First, the location was inconvenient. The hotel does not have an entrance directly on/off the highway and everything is about 10 minute drive away because of this slight inconvenience to access the highway. Secondly biggest inconvenience is that the room did not have linens or pillows for the sofa bed. I had call the front desk twice, and even then I still had to go down to the front desk to get the linens only to realize she didn't give me pillows. The total time waiting for these items was about an hour and a half; she originally stated 15 minutes! Once I opened the sofa bed, there were crumbs on the mattress yuk! Third, the bathroom is not being kept clean; it has hard water marks and dust around the ledges. I took pics but there is no option to upload on this site. Fourth, I knew there wasn't free breakfast, but the "restaurant" isn't a restaurant - its basically an open area the free breakfast provides at HI express. Microwave eggs, frozen sandwiches, all processed food for $12-14 each plate! No Chef in sight. They don't even offer complimentary coffee!? I don't mind paying, but it's not fresh ingredients! They don't have half and half; just coffeemate original-this is syrup! There is an in room Keurig, but no bottled water. Lastly, the a/c has no controls in my room? I paid a lot more for this room to have such a unfortunate experience. I won't be back

It was very clean

Room was great but the restaurant was not good when it comes to service. Slow and waitress had to go back to get the missing food when it came out. Very long wait time from order to the food coming out.

This place is run down. The carpet is for out everywhere I came down to get some coffee in the morning is ice cold it’s just dirty I will not stay here again. The washer and dryer’s are still using quarters. They need to step up with the times like everyone else.

Good value for those heading to Dorney Park. Just a 5 minute drive down the road and slightly cheaper than the other 3-star hotel across the street. There are plenty of dining options a few more minutes down the road as well if you haven’t already eaten at the park. Wouldn’t recommend for an extended stay, but met expectations for a family of three who needed to crash for the night.

Lighting to get to property is poor. Rooms are not cleaned daily. Breakfast availability is a joke. One person takes orders and goes and cooks the meal.

Came down with Covid and cannot travel. Hotel would not waive their cancellation policy. I feel that there could be exceptions for every policy. Next time, I will not even consider staying here, or another IHG hotel. BTW, I am a participant in their reward program.

Every body was very nice. we had couple of issues. did not have hot water. they were just warm. had to take cold shower. could not put the blind down. service people were out so we slept with blind open

Staff was AMAZING! They went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. They always had a smile on their face. Seriously the friendliest staff of any hotel I’ve stayed in!

Nice comfortable stay.

I spent 4 nights and did not get any room service. Plus the hotel only had one ice machine for the whole hotel.

Didn't like that the breakfast was not included in the price of rhe room.

New property, extremely clean! New rooms. Updated. Beautiful, modern lobby with lots of seating and a couple computers. Very friendly staff. Great location.
