Stay here every time we visit our son who attends UW-Stout and have never had a bad stay. Rooms are comfortable and roomy. Breakfast is very good, my 13-year-olds favorite. Pool is always an added bonus. Until next time!!

The staff were pleasant. The elevator sounded like it was going to break at any minute and it did with someone inside. The staff responded quickly and in a professional manner. I would stay there again.

Great place to stay!

Overall the rooms were clean. The restrooms mear the pool were not clean and honestly they were pretty disgusting. There often wasn't anyone at the front desk when we needed towels or tissues. We won't be staying again.

Overall, I would rate this hotel at a 7. The check-in process was easy and lobby is beautiful. We were offered a free upgrade since they didn't have two king beds next to each other. When I got to my room, some of the towels in my bathroom were disoriented and one had a stain on it. I was also left with a garbage bin that had a crack down the middle with no liner bag but as soon as I called the front desk, they came to take care of it. I like that the bathroom counter had a good amount of space for my make-up and beauty products. The bed and pillows were pretty comfortable. Their coffee machine in their lobby dining area is on 24/7 and free which is nice. I would stay here again.

Room was quiet and comfortable, breakfast was nice, parking area well lit, very close to places to eat, fuel, access to interstate and main highways was great. Will stay there again!

Used to stay in Menomonie every weekend for college gymnastics meets. BW has a jacuzzi so it bubbles up to top pretty quick. We went back for a Sr Night and stayed in a King Suite. These are new. It is like 1.5x room with plenty of room. It was definitely retrofited into an existing hotel but still nice

Best Western Plus properties are always consistent and well looked after. We had great service a comfortable room and a good breakfast. A great way to end a day and start another day.

Not enough shelving, hooks in bathroom. Microwave didn't work.

we were greeted as soon as we entered. Very friendly staff. The first room we went to was not cleaned. The 2nd room was acceptable but the bathroom fan was very loud.would stay here again.

Desk staff was very friendly. Room was clean and appreciated the fact that we were able to control the heat and that it worked well. After being outdoors for a full day and late night in the cold and wind it was pleasant to get ;into a warm room.

The furniture in the room was a little beat up. The public furniture was very nice.

Horrible experience. Booked room thru Hotels.com and got confirmation of the booking. Went to check in front desk clerk said we can’t stay because we live within 30 miles. Lol. We are having some work done on our home so needed to stay. Clerk claims they have a policy they only book rooms to people out of town and cater to out of town workers. How ridiculous is this? You won’t cater to your local town or anyone within 30 miles? Why would Menomonie accept such a business in our community? Then the manager claims our room has been cancelled but it has not. Lol. We went and got a room at Hampton Inn in menomonie. Very friendly and welcoming and great place to stay. The next day we get an email from Best Western that telling us Thank you for staying with us please leave a review? Lol. You can’t make this up. We didn’t stay and the manager knows that. Clearly the staff and manager do not know how to run a business and have no clue what’s going on. I’m still laughing I got an email asking about my stay when we couldn’t stay with the ridiculous 30 mile rule. Don’t stay here even if you’re over 30 miles away. Horribly customer service and unorganized for sure!

Everything was okay the outside of the property was just full of weeds instead of grass and was just a little bit untidy looking. The staff was very great and we enjoyed our stay there.

Stay was good overall, ice machine was not working and the ac made strange noises that woke us up several times. Breakfast was good and front desk people were helpful

Buyer beware. This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. It took four open rooms to find one that did not reak and have visible mold. This hotel is a disgrace to the AmericInn name. AmericInn should burn and rebuild or close this facility. The A/C in the lobby was nonexistent and wreaked of filth. The front desk said the entire second floor had not been cleaned offering very few options. The building was unsafe with the side/back door not having a lock let alone a latch. The ice had black stuff and unusable. Will think twice before EVER booking an AmericInn in the future. Even the coffee was horrible.

The hotel did not honor my reservation. I specifically reserved a room with two queen beds and was at the last minute "upgraded" to a King Suite. If I had wanted a King Suite, I would have reserved a King Suite. I had two guests with me and having only one bed was completely unacceptable. They should have given me a courtesy call and allowed me the opportunity to adjust my plans, but they did not. They completely failed me, my daughter and her guest.

We have stayed there before and would continue to use it.
