Uncompassionate, unsupportive and not good communication at front desk
I had booked for 3 nights and I had an emergency after arriving at the hotel, we had booked 2 rooms. Spoke to the person at front desk, he said ok, contact Expedia as that’s who we booked it with and if they cancel it then it’s ok. So we spoke to Expedia and they accepted and agreed. Next morning we tried to check out and was told we cannot cancel. We still have to pay. I am still in process of fighting this but dealing with a medical issue that was the emergency reason that we had to leave.

Extremely unprofessional staff. The travel desk guy saw my tattoo and started making comment about how god wouldn't like that and I wont be allowed in the heaven. Overpriced room. Doesn't have basic facilities like mini fridge, bathrobes. No hot water either, very Luke warm water. Even the ironing board was child size, took 10mins iron one shirt!

The lady who served us was fantastic! Helping us check in early when a room was available! So grateful! Buffet breakfast is fantastic too.

The minute you arrive, the friendliness of the staff is on full display. The facility is clean with many great amenities.

Booked 2 rooms, woke up sick. Room has rusty smell and has no fresh air circulation for both rooms we had. Windows are fixed closed. DONT RECOMMEND.
Bathtub as given in amenities is only shower. Not good for aged people or any adults for that’s matter.
Brown stains in bathroom.
AC doesn’t work.
Please put your 3 hotel policy in description so people can read prior to booking.
It is 3 star hotel. Not suitable for foreigners
4.0
The front office must adopt a policy of seating the check in /check out customers rather than keeping us standing in Q. Arrange seats like other 5 star hotels and attend 1st come 1st serve basis. Though the Fact Check out is good practice.
The restaurant staffs should need more training and attentive.

The room ordered wasn't provided. Stay was inconvenient as we ordered twin beds but a makeshift bed was arranged along with a double bed leaving the room congested and bedding uncomfortable.

Had a pleasant stay here for one night. Conveniently located and the staff were exceptional.

We loved the traditional decor of the hotel with rich woodwork and artistic touches. The staff were friendly and the restaurants were amazing.
The South Indian restaurant had very nice fare but was somewhat inefficient as dishes took a while to arrive. Self service would be better.
Loved the buffet style temptations restaurant. The coffee shop and gift shop were expensive as expected.
Will definitely consider staying again.

Good stay and breakfast options were good

The overall stay was good and comfortable. Just that the pillows provided, even though soft, are too thick. It doesn't give a comfortable sleep.
Also I found the food prices a little high. Apart form these, teh hotel offer a free airport shuttle. I took the same but at the time of checkout i was asked to pay saying that the free service is only for drop to airport from hotel and not for pick-up which was deceiving and hence should be made clear in their policies.

First of all, this is a 3 star hotel at best (false claim as a 5 star written on the signboard. It’s one of the most disgusting hotel that I’ve stayed (I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels across the globe). The room & the hallway have this rotten smell (from the carpets) and they try to mask the stench with some awful smell of fragrance or incense. The windows in the room are fixed to the wall & can’t let the fresh air into the room. The fridge & toilet are filthy with brown stains. The bed sheet has some brown stains. The list goes on…
The reception counter is super slow where male staffs were busy talking with local flight attendants. I received multiple calls during my sleep where (1) they wanted to rescan my passport (2) advertise their cafe in the lobby, really!!? I visited the cafe but was sweltering within minutes. Take my advice, if you’re from a foreign country, stay elsewhere - you will thank me for it.

The stay was very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed the live music over dinner. Food was delicious and the rooms was comfortable. The only disappointment was that despite booking a king room, the room initially checked in was smaller and the bed too was smaller. We had to complain to the front desk to have the room changed based on the booking type. Being a 5 star hotel, expect better customer service than being provided services lower than what was booked for. But other than that excellent experience and we might still go back again.

I am writing a full review on my stay cause the hotel is ranked 5-star which shouldn’t be!
Sorry for my honesty.
First of all, the hotel room is not hygienic at all.
Bed bug/lice. My advise to families, select your stay carefully when traveling with your kids.
Bed is so dirty, uncover the bed sheets and you will get shocked by the dirt/blood stains.
A/C is not cool/not working properly, the humidity inside the room is indescribable. This has made the room smells rotten.
Furniture is very old.
Room service is the slowest I have ever experienced. I had to order a spoon which took an hour before I get it.
You can’t bring cooked food like burgers, leftovers, etc. from outside to your room (Hotel Policy). They haven’t taken into their consideration that some guests have kids! We didn’t know about that until we arrived and informed by the reception staff.
Complementary water at the room is RE-FILLED glass bottles, absolutely unknown source. We bought water from market to avoid those bottles.
Breakfast is average.
I have changed the hotel for my remaining stay in the city.

Management needs improvement. I had to struggle a lot for requesting tea cups

Property is good, but most irritating is their so-called rules .. All the rules must be updated before we book, worst experience was I was stopped while taking coffee mug outside !!!! Are you kidding me ???? Are you guys running a BOARDING-SCHOOL ??? STAFF WERE RUDE ...

Room very badly maintained anf staff doest not care about any problems you have regarding room when told.

hotel is amazing itself and so is the staff…Only downside is the lighting in the room and the fridge doesnt stay cold

False Advertising!
This is certainly not a 5-star property. It is a regular 3-star hotel that has been rebranded under a different name and being advertised as a 5-star hotel.
Dirty room (literally dirt under tables, chairs), bath tub chipped in several places, towels with holes in them, and hair on pillows.
Only thing going for this place is their staff…absolutely great, pleasant and very courteous & helpful.

Property is dated and rooms need renovation, mainly the bathrooms. Shower had very less water pressure. Lock systems are old. Very slow check in process. Breakfast was good.

The property has too many people coming your way to help you. Right when you walk in, security guard or other person comes to put your luggage on the security x-ray machine. I am not sure why do they have that machine. You walk through the scanning machine every time you enter. If they have to take as much precaution, this PLACE MAY BE UNSAFE.
Someone comes to pick up your luggage and then another fancy dressed person opens the doors (there are two.) This hinders your ability to move due to the number of people and if someone else is coming in at the same time. You have to wait. The check-in counter lines are per clerk and they have dividers. You have to go in, check-in and walk back out, not just turn and walk to your room.
The breakfast at the downstair restaurant sucks. The good is tasty. But it is a combination of buffet and ordering. There is no fixed server per table. I walked in and a man in suit (there were many) told me the choices and asked me my choice. He showed the table whereI can take my food from the buffet and eat. The juice glasses were very very small. You had to go multiple times to get your drink. The coffee has to be "ordered". Again it is a tiny quantity. You have to order is multiple times. You can order the second round with guys walking around in fancy clothes. Again there is no assigned person per table, they do not ask you anything. You will have to call them and order another round to get tiny bit of coffee. Good interior. Painful processes.
