It was the worst room I booked in my life. There were lots of issues with the room that needed to be fixed. There was no way I was going to shower in that stained and grimy shower. I ended up just packing up my bags and leaving because the condition of the room was deplorable. I left and didn’t spend the night there as planned and lost money that I paid for the room. Perhaps Hotels.com could credit my account as a courtesy towards a future bookings through Hotels.com.
This specific Hotel did not live up to my standards and expectations I learned to expect from prior experiences using Hotels.com

Bathroom tiles were coming off the floor and the sink smelled like mildew. Back of the tv remote is missing. Needs was nice and sleep well.

What a great find in Tulare, CA! Super clean property & super friendly staff from check-in to check-out. Very spacious room with sitting area & desk, and king comfy bed. Nice free breakfast room with hot, fresh eggs & sausage, waffles, etc.. Will definitely return when in this area again

Absolutely shocking… room was dirty, old toothpaste on the sink, lampshades were nasty… I was afraid to sleep on the bed, but had to.. it wasn’t bad but I was honestly stressed about bed bugs. The grime in the floor in the bathroom was noticeable. Came out for the tennis tournament and the photos on Hotel.com looked decent…. Deceptive!

The room smelled of strong cleaning solution that was burning our throat. We were offered an air freshener spray from the front desk, but that would have done nothing. We spent $30 on air and fabric freshening products just to make it bearable. We considered driving back home to Phoenix after the concert in Indio, but it was simply too late to make a 4 hour drive (that's how disgusting it was).
The front desk clerk was very nice, but was unable to help us due to Wyndham policy of using specific cleaning products.

Was not happy at all the the front desk girl that we arrived to at night was rude talking to her boyfriend when we arrived joking with us like if she knew us we simply asked for the general essentials and she seemed bothered will definitely not come back the girl in the morning was nice but the night was awful people screaming and running upstairs and loud ass music super early the next morning with kids screaming at full volume

An older property which they have tried to cleanup and update. Little things may bother some people. New TV's just going in. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was dirty and in a scary area. The free breakfast was not good. I ended up having a hard boiled egg and a piece of toast. The coffee was alright but the overall options were terrible. I assume this is a place that will rent the room by the hour considering the woman I ran into on the stairs was either on drugs or there for solicited business.

Staff was very friendly. But other than that, I do not recommend staying here. It has a general bad vibe and the rooms are dirty. Pillow cases had hair on them, bathroom was grimy, stains on the wall. It is also very noisy from outside traffic.

We stayed here for the last night of the Power Trip 2023 weekend and were impressed by the staff. Room was clean but very dated. It’s a convenient location for Polo Field festivals apparently as they have their own shuttle and also get a food truck to set up after the festival each night. The shuttle from this location is great and definitely beats the long walk in from the rideshare area. Really found all the staff at this hotel tried hard to be accommodating and caring.

Very dirty, the only thing they did was make the bed, did not even change our sheets. Left a dead cockroach under the desk after being asked to clean it. No batteries in safe. Bad customer service, seemed like they did not care at all

A perfect straight shot to the Empire Polo Club! The room was spacious and even had a patio too! I plan to stay there again if there's another event there!

The hotel has been under new hotel management since April 2023. Many of the complaints on previous reviews have been corrected. This was my first time at a multi-day festival at the Empire Polo Field fairgrounds. I was very nervous about my three-night stay at this location due to online reviews. The rooms are clean, comfortable, well lit, and safe. If you are looking for luxury, you will have to look elsewhere. If you are looking for a comfortable, budget friendly hotel near the Empire Polo Field this is the perfect spot. The rooms are spacious, the showers have hot water, the staff is friendly, and the facility is close to the venue. We were very happy with our three-night stay!
