Its a decent place to stay for the price. Ive had better and ive had worse. I would stay here again. Lots of food options in the area, main issue is getting back to the hotel when you leave, have to do a questionable u-turn and the lights

The rooms are terribly outdated. Bathroom was in poor condition, broken tub faucet, finished peeled of bathtub, rusted toilet paper holder, hole in ceiling. Curtains were stained and torn on the outside. The hotel seems to be a “housing project” for homeless people. The smell of drugs kept filling up our room. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was nice.

The property is a bit dated. But the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was provided but was limited.

The room is really out of date. The ceiling is peeling and there’s lots of stains and chipped furniture.

Great stay at fair price..

Rooms were nice enough a little out dated and need some repairs. Staff was great and the property is in a great spot! They do need another ice machine I found it was in an odd spot.

The hotel was in a good location and their was lots of parking in a bright, well-lit parking lot right beside the hotel. The lobby was nice and inviting. The rooms however, leave much to be desired. Overall they were dingy and dated. There was mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom. I opened the fridge and it wasn't working and smelled terrible. The patio door to the outside did not lock well and felt unsecure. There was a door to the adjoining room which I wasn't even sure if it was locked. There was a microwave cart in front of it keeping it from opening. The heater in the room was LOUD! The only benefit was it drowned out the barking dog that seemed to be in the room down the hall. The noise from the snowclearing at 2am and general traffic was also loud. I would not recommend staying here.

The property could use a facelift and the rooms need painting and to be cleaner

Dirty towels all through halls staff was extremely noisy tv remote did not work burn holes in comforter they did not tidy our room breakfast was yougurt and banana with cereal that had no milk needs a lot of maintenance shower head coroted hair in bathroom sink would not ever recommend

The rooms and hotel were so stinky. We couldn't stay even for a few hours. We left and had to arrange a place at a friend's house for the night. Won't recommend it at all.

I liked the location. It is a bit tired and needs upgrades

Poor condition, like 5th world hotel, you can hardly tell you are still in Canada.

The price is good

The room was very small; the TV was very small, 24 inch; the bathroom was dirty and the shower was worse; there was not one garbage can; the pillows were hard, lumpy and small.

There was bed bugs in the sheets

Old building out of date water was hard and pressure irregular

I booked a king with jacuzzi and got a king suit with no jacuzzi. I was told there was nothing they could do. I did received a credit but would have booked a room with a queen for the lesser amount if i knew ahead of time

Our first room had unclean sheets, the second room was clean. Had to haul a stroller up the stairs as no elevator and was only assigned rooms on 2nd floor. Halls smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Lots of noise in hallways. Bed was too firm (not meaning to sound like goldilocks, but it was hard as a board).

Absolute dump. Not even close to the current star rating. Mould in the room, bed collapsed and unable to be fixed until next day, stale cigarette smell throughout building mixed with animal and human urine smells. I do not recommend this property. Staff at counter was friendly, but I think he knows the majority of his clientele are sketchy at best and that the property is a cesspool.

I believe we got booked into a smoking room. Cigarette burns in the top bed sheet, cigarette smoke constant smell in our room (and the hallways). Bathroom vent and hair dryer vent had caked on filth. Patches covering previous holes in the wall were not sanded down and painted over. Heard noise in hallway at 2am.

Staff and breakfast were great. Halls and room had a smoke odour. Many small details in room need upgrading, eg wallpaper coming off wall in bathroom under sink, chipped paint on bathroom door, main door squeaked, the extra lock was bent out of shape and the interior door jamb of room entry was dirty and needed painting. A chair for the desk would be good and the desk front was rough. Awkward to get in and out of due to centre barrier separating North and South traffic. Dog friendly...we met 5 dogs there. Not my first choice, but was ok for the 2 days we were there.

Property is very dated. Hard to believe it’s a Wyndham hotel. Maintenance is poor towels are rough. Breakfast was very good but all plastic staff was watching over me and on his phone the whole time.

Very basic accomodation, but clean bedding. Very in need of update (rusty lamps, rusty chrome things).

Bathroom has water damage. Needs to be redone.

I checked in but it was so much stinking and smelling with smoke so I had just left in one minute and I have two kids with me and I don’t want him to breathing all that garbage so please refund my money ASAP. Thank you to my credit card.

The room was dirty with lots of patched-up holes in the walls. The room and hallway smelt of smoke. The blanket had blood on it.

It was very dated and needed to be updated

Toilets are very low and no grab bars. Had to change rooms twice.

I liked everything

The place was terrible. No sound proofing, everyone slamming doors till all hours of the night.
