Room front the ocean was awesome. An excellent view of the bay.

I left the property early and paid for another hotel. They refused a refund. I left because the staff were never around to help, I could barely get a drink at the hotel bar. Additionally, the restaurant was closed but they allowed no outside food and had no coffee machines or fridges. Most important, the room was not clean. There was no toilet paper rod! The floor looked rusted and dirty, the shower head barely worked. They did not clean the room or replace my bath mat. They tried to charge me an extra $100 and yelled at me about it until they later realized their mistake. The sheets were old and scratchy. It was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. I didn’t realize how stressful it was until I went to another hotel! This hotel needs to modernize and be more helpful to the guests. It’s no longer a 3 start hotel.

I did like that my room was very near to the beach with a very beautiful view. I didn't like that eating at the restaurant was not allowed to be charged to my room.

What a view can't be beat in Lajas ocean front view breathtaking if you want convenience and views this is your place.

Nice place

The place is beautiful, the view is breathtaking. It is calm, but not boring. It has something special. I would appreciate a little refrigerator, although coolers are welcome, and a coffeemaker to enjoy it in the morning with that view!!

Location, location, location! The room for 4 was a bit small, but clean and comfortable. Staff was super friendly and the pool was top notch. But what you really are paying is for the LOCATION! It’s right in front of the beach and 3 min away from the night life in La Parguera. If I ever need to stay in the area again, I would stay at this inn again.

The area of La Parguera in Lajas is beautiful place, the "cayos " are some special and natural.

El parador es hermoso , limpio los cuartos cómodos mi esposo y yo pasamos un tiempo bien bonito era su cumpleaños y lo disfruto. Lo único malo fue la piscina estaba fría pero en Navidad se puede entender Se lo recomiendo para descansar y disfrutar.

Property, location and view from is amazing. The "buffet breakfast" provided on site at the restaurant was extremely disappointing and overpriced and surprisingly bad for such a nice hotel. I recommend leaving the hotel and walking to many breakfast options nearby that will provide you with a delicious full puerto rican breakfast with actual meat and real eggs for half the price. The breakfast is an absolute ripoff. Otherwise, great hotel!

When we stayed midweek during March the resort was almost empty, but I’ve read it’s busier on weekends. The property is an older property but it was exceptionally clean. For ocean front rooms, the price seemed reasonable to me. It was no frills but super clean, comfortable beds and nice linens, cozy well manicured ocean facing patio, friendly and helpful staff, great restaurants within walking distance, very safe. I would definitely return. Google Maps made things seem further away than they are - we could have walked to our bioluminescent tour (which was great and glory too!). Same with restaurants - many great ones nearby plus a restaurant on the premises.
