Motel 6 San Dimas, CA - Los Angeles

Great service

Love this property the entire Staff is polite and professional and SUPER CLEAN

To Whom It May Concern, I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding staff at Motel 6 in San Dimas and share my appreciation for the level of service my family has received during our stay. In particular, I would like to acknowledge Caden A., Alejandra, and Andrea, Andrea"), who have consistently treated my family with professionalism, kindness, and respect. Their positive attitudes and willingness to help have made a tremendous difference during a stressful period in our lives. I stay in hotels frequently and interact with many hospitality professionals. I can honestly say that this team has gone above and beyond. The property is clean, well-maintained, welcoming, and professionally operated. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel valued and respected. While Motel 6 may not offer all the amenities of some higher-priced hotels, the quality of customer service here rivals or exceeds many well-known brands. The atmosphere is comfortable, the staff is attentive, and the overall experience has been exceptional. Please extend my sincere gratitude to Caden, Alejandra, Andrea, and the entire team. They represent your company extremely well, and I wanted to make sure their efforts were recognized. Thank you for providing such a positive experience for my family. Respectfully, Glenn E. Snowden Jr.

During my multi-day business engagement in the East Pasadena area, I have found the front desk and overall staff to be exceptionally professional and accommodating. While parking can present challenges during late-night or early-morning hours, the location is highly convenient, situated immediately off Highway 57 with excellent proximity to various dining options, major retailers, and a fitness center.
