The front desk personnel are friendly and welcoming. Our room was fine. It had all that we required. Clean and well thought out. I found the mattress less than great. Not terrible just not great.

stayed overnight after arriving iat Santa Barbara airport. Very clean room with a comfortable bed. Convenient to the ocean and sevral places to eat within a short drive. Would definitley stay again if we are in the area.

It was right before storm started that weekend, it was just perfect timing to spend the day and venture into a trolley tour and enjoy the city! The location was just perfect! You crossed the street, and the beach and ocean were just there!

First ever stay at a motel 6. I got it because it had great reviews and looked retro. Love it love it love it!

Hi there, I’m not that much old, but remember good times, when something was wrong, Front Desk ( Shearon, Marriott & intourist too). Would apologies & tried to accommodate your needs. Now was different, room was facing highway ( nothing mentioned reg. that at the reviews). King of shocked and asked to move the room - facing any other direction…. And guess what - they technically have to blame me and ask additional charge ( hidden fees). What was this park of the World tern into? P.S. it’s my first visit, full of stress and inhuman robotic behaviour from stuff in General. Nothing morality has been introduced here. How is thst, plz someone explane.

The pier is in walking distance , you walk off dinner , the Santa Monica Shell Fish Co. has great food, Moby Dick's as well

The retro style remodel of the rooms is genius. Our room was small but very clean and comfortable. The mini fridge, microwave, and Kuerig coffee machine all matched in color and fun retro style. The shower was delightful, I wished I could take it with me! Parking and check in were both easy, and the hotel is spitting distance from the beach. I would absolutely stay here again.

This was a comfortable and affordable motel right across from the beach. Great value with Expedia.

Tv didn’t work. Heater didn’t work. Not notified when checking in. Cold room none had working HVAC or heater.

Close to the beach. A little noisy with the train and other guests walking by.

Stayed overnight after a day at the beach; room was very very clean. Weather was great. Would stay there again.

The area was nice and the room was very comfortable. The room was small but everything was designed well for an overnight stay. I also received a complimentary bottle of wine and the mints inside the room added a nice too.

This motel was SO CUTE! So clean and well decorated, the beach is less than a block away and such a safe and easy walk. There are some great dining options around. Overall would highly recommend! We can't wait to go back!

Got into the shower before realizing there was no shampoo, shower gel or conditioner provided, only a small hand soap about the size of a 50 cent piece

Front desk was very friendly at check in; great location and comfortable room. Rear parking is VERY tight for a truck, but will stay again (and park in front).

Gave a few 4’s because the neighbors were quite noisy until 3:30 am!

It was very nice are and the rooms very clean and a nice area to walk by the beac, but I didn't recived the botlle of wine included on the reservation, !!! But other of that all good.

This is our second stay here. This time I was asked if I wanted upper or lower. I chose upper but it was so loud due to the freeway. Be sure to ask for lower. Also I booked through Expedia withe the promise of a complimentary bottle of wine. Nope. No wine. I do like the retro feel. And the price. And the two teen boys who checked me in were great.

About the nicest Motel 6 we've stayed at. A bit pricey though.
