This is an amazing hotel with wonderful amenities! Tuang at reception was very helpful in giving advice about where to shop and what to see and do. She helped arrange everything for us! They offer such great amenities for the spa and happy hour and the buffet breakfast was delicious! We were even able to use bicycles to go to the beach and they have an arrangement with one of the beachside places for free chairs, umbrellas and towels. Really the best place I have ever stayed!

Hotel is pretty with nice decor. Staff were professional and helpful. It seems to target more older travelers than families. Hotel food was limited to Western food, which was very disappointing. We ended up skipping the breakfast and had Bo Ne nearby. The area really catered to tourists and there were obvious price differences from locals and tourists.

Beautiful place, so well taken care of. While the room is smaller, they make up for it with all the amenities they provide. The ‘fitness’ centre only has a treadmill, bike, and small universal piece of equipment. So if you like to do any weight training, forget it. Breakfast was great, never any crowds as it’s a small hotel, so no bus tour crowds. We had problems with our fridge and hair dryer and fixed both problems immediately. In the evening the pool area is beautifully lit up, with plenty of tables to sit, play a game of cards and enjoy a drink. The beach is a $3-4 grab ride away and the hotel has privileges with a restaurant on the beach that will provide free towels, umbrella and chairs. They have very clean washrooms and showers available and the food was very good.

This is an excellent service oriented hotel for Hoi An. Although, this is a short walk (15-20 minutes / 1.5 km) from the center of old town; the An Hoi bridge, its location is not bad. On the main motorable road through the town, from where you can easily get a Grab Taxi, or better order an electric cart through reception. Besides location, and an excellent pool view and spacious room, our main draw was a most enthusiastic guest relation hostess, Ms Thuan. I have seldom come across such a helpful & positive person across the hotel counter. Right before our trip started, through whatsapp, she made it easy to book airport transfer, and Danang hotel to Hoi An transfer, covering Ba Na Hills in the same day, which is not so easy task to plan for an overseas visitor. All of our party of 9 people were vegetarian. Hearing this, she arranged a memorable breakfast full of veggie options, and kudos to the kitchen, it was prepared very well. She guided us to best places in the town, shops & restaurants, also recommended & booked the tickets for the 2 stage shows, and the coco-boat tour, all of which are must-dos. We ran into some issue in the local market, she had no problems guiding us, speaking to local people, and helping arrange transport back to the hotel. She is the poster-girl of what is good about Vietnam. Polite people, and super focussed on getting people to have a good time. Definitely, the place to stay for next time. Couldn't complete village tour this time!

The hotel is nice and well kept. The staff is the best part. Thuan is so nice and helpful and always smiling. Location is convenient to the shopping areas. The breakfast is good.
