This is my first time to comment a hotel. Honestly, the location is very nice.
I book 2 rooms and stayed 4 nights in this hotel. One of the bed room doesn’t have exhaust fan in the bathroom and toilet, and the door of the bathroom is out of shape, we can’t close the door. Our bedroom is on the ground floor, the windows are close to the street, it was very noisy at the midnight.
It was rainy when we checked out, there is no roof between our rooms and the lobby. I ask the reception to get an umbrella to assist us to carry the luggages to the lobby. But the staff told me they don’t have umbrella and no people assist me to carry the luggages to the lobby. Finally, I took care two old people, and took 4 big luggages to the lobby in the rain. In addition, I can’t accept that there is no seat in the lobby. We stood over 15 minutes wait for a taxi in the lobby, there were about 5 staffs in the lobby, but no people assisted with us, I felt so embarrassed.

This property is beautiful and perfectly situated close to the Charles Bridge. The staff is amazing. Our suite was so pretty with an amazing view of the river. Perfect in every way!

The location of this hotel can’t be beat. We stayed in a family suite and expected two bedrooms but we had a three bedroom and full three bathrooms! Everything was beautiful- the furniture, decor, flooring- It all felt very elegant. Everyone was very kind and helpful, especially Denisa and the other persons at the front who always greeted us with smiles. The breakfast options were okay but the staff in the dining room for both breakfast and dinner were always very nice. We were lucky to be there the weekend of a charity event being held in the two courtyards and everything was decorated so beautifully for Christmas! Such an easy walk to the markets, a great view of the bridge from our room, and all so clean. I definitely will return to this hotel! Thank you to everyone!

Rarely, very rarely, do we have such genuine, warm personal relationships with a hotel team. That comes from leadership. We were treated like family and embraced. Great property, location, and people. Bravo!

Staff was friendly, accommodating and very professional.
Our Nespresso wasn’t working so the 2 days that we stayed they brought us coffee to our room. We also had white wine waiting when we arrived with a nice thank you note!! Thanks to Oxana, Denisa, Kiriel and Pedro for making our experience pleasant!!

The Mozart is an interesting historical building and a good location. Beyond that it is a pretty short list of advantages. It has pretended of being a five star hotel, but I have stayed at 3 star hotels in Europe that were comparable. In my estimation about 3.5 stars would be the maximum they should be rated.
The major issue in my estimation is service and training. The rooms themselves are also lacking in many aspects when compared to true four and five star hotels. They are small and somewhat cramped. The shower leaks like a sieve and has mold around the base. When I spoke to them about that they said I could use the tub shower, but it had no dispensers for shampoo or soap (neither had any conditioner). One of the two sinks was missing a stopper of any kind and smelled.
The biggest service problem has to do with service in the dining room. Four mornings I ordered green tea with lemon, I got what I ordered one time — the last morning. One night we had dinner in the dining room and they were having a large event in the hotel. It took forever and we had told the waitress that we were leaving after asking several times and she had answered that “the kitchen was so busy with the event that they really didn’t have time for the dining room orders.” As we were leaving someone else came out from the kitchen with our starters so we sat back down for them and still had another long wait for our dinners. I tipped as usual for me (and for an America ).

This was truly one of my best hotels to have ever stayed in, in one of the most beautiful cities i have ever seen. ❤️ Didn't hurt that I was upgraded to the Royal Palace suite. Thank you all for the lovely visit.

The Mozart and the staff are incredible. Hotel is close to the Charles Bridge and the Old Town area. Easy to navigate. Rooms are comfortable, but a bit on the older side.

The hotel location is perfect...literally steps from the start of the Charles Bridge. Also, the hotel is beautiful..old world yet with modern conveniences. Definitely a 5-star experience. We had been to 2 other cities in Europe on this trip who were considered 5-Star and they WERE NOT. This hotel is high end, the service is top notch and they also had a French Festival in the courtyard and guests could attend at no charge. It was lovely. Would definitely recommend.

During my stay at the Mozart hotel, I encountered a few issues that left me quite dissatisfied. Firstly, the room had an unpleasant odor that persisted throughout my entire stay. It was quite off-putting and definitely affected my overall comfort and enjoyment.
Moreover, I found the management to be unhelpful and unresponsive to my concerns. When I brought up the issue of the smelly room, they seemed dismissive and didn't take any immediate action to resolve the problem. It's disheartening when the staff is not attentive and fails to prioritize guest satisfaction.
I understand that every hotel can have its shortcomings, but it's crucial for the management to address guest concerns promptly and offer suitable solutions. Unfortunately, my experience at the Mozart hotel left me feeling disappointed and unlikely to consider returning in the future.

We were disappointed with our bathroom (for the price), which badly needed to be updated and retiled. I had no appreciated that the room was located on the ground floor with little natural light. I had to ask staff to clean the bedroom floor, which was gritty underfoot. An overhead lamp in the bathroom needed to be replaced. The worst experience was dinner in the terrace (a lovely setting). It took an hour an a half to be served, and we were one of two tables that evening! The serving staff tried to blame a new computer system for having failed to let the chef know of our orders.....if the servers had paid the slightest attention to us, they would have known straight away that we sat there for a very long time before being served anything. An expensive hotel that did not meet our expectations.

The location was perfect! 5 min walk to Charles Bridge. The staff was on point with everything! The rooms were incredible! Comfy beds, stocked fridge, great ambiance! Honestly, the hotel alone makes us want to go back to Prague...

Excellent location near the Charles Bridge. Central to everything. Tram just outside. Property is beautiful. Our suite overlooked the Vltava River. Wonderful views no matter the time of day. Would stay here again if I’m ever in Prague again.

Friendly staff, quiet room, and conveniently located with trams right in front of hotel. Sights within walking distance or quick tram ride away.

Upgrade was fantastic to a room we loved.

The breakfast here is outstanding and the staff were also outstanding and engaging.
I asked about the silver VIP perk at reception and was told I didn't have one.
The room had a funny smell and there wad no way to open a window.
There was supposed to be a sauna here but there were no signs as to where it was and was not advertised well.
There were a few events on at the hotel. But we were not informed if we were able to come to these events or if they were private events.
The reception staff and bell boys were not engaging and ignored our presence mostly. We saw them rush to a man to help him take his suitcase to the car outside but watched on as I a female brought my own outside.
We were told the mini fridge is changed every three days. We never had it changed at all and was there Monday to Friday.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel

The Mozart Prague is in the perfect location. It’s an easy walk to Old Town and great access to public transportation for everywhere you want to go. The hotel is small and beautiful. You will be happy staying here.

Beautiful property and lovely room for my family of four. Hotel is within walking distance of the Charles Bridge, Old Town and Lesser Town. Lots of great shopping and restaurants in the area as well. Private courtyard for a nice happy hour before venturing out for the evening.

The property was perfectly situated. It it literally minutes away from Charles Bridge and Old Town. The only this I did. It like was the specific room we got. He were in the 3rd floor. Part of the room was built into what appeared to once be an attic. Therefore while the room was beautiful, the sides of the main part room where very short. We had to constantly be looking out to not bump our heads into the sealing. When my wife asked about another room, she was told that there was in fact one more left, also in the 3rd flood, but without elevator access. We therefore staying in the room and otherwise enjoyed our experience.

Great hotel. Well positioned opposite the river and in easy walking distance of main sites and areas but still quiet and peaceful, no problems sleeping. Staff friendly and helpful. I am a woman travelling alone and felt very comfortable at the hotel and in Prague. Room clean and well appointed. Comfy bed. The only negative was in the breakfast room staff offered me a table that hadn't been cleared from last guest and seemed too flustered to offer me an alternative. That said breakfast was very good. Overall this was a lovely classy hotel and if I ever return to Prague I will definitely book The Mozart.

We had a fantastic stay at the Mozart.
The staff were very professional, for example on our last day we were able to leave our bags after checkout while we enjoyed the city, they arranged us a taxi when requested and even placed our bags in the taxi when it arrived.
The room was very spacious, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom had all that was needed.
The location is superb, just a few minutes away from the Old Town Square and Charles Bridge.
We would definitely stay again.
