We love staying here. Check in was easy. Staff is friendly. They are pet friendly and everything was very clean. It’s our go to hotel when we travel between Texas & California

This hotel was OK. It was fine for one night, but wouldn’t want to stay there longer. Our room was not the cleanest and they put us on the floor right in between everyone staying with dogs, dogs who were barking after my 3 year old had gone to bed. Just think that could have been coordinated a bit better.

Room was clean,Dickey's BBQ right next door. The only issue was the train tracks right across the street.

It was fantastic from the moment we stepped in the door. It will be our stopover point in Gallup from now on when we are traveling to on our family visits

We have been traveling from North Carolina to California and now back to North Carolina. We have stayed at La Quintas all along the way and Gallop was the best in all categories. Service, room comfort, pet area, and breakfast. The best so far! Thank you Gallup LaQuinta!!

Great motel but not much in the way dog walking areas. This is my fifth or sixth time staying here, so you can tell I really do like it. The breakfasts are good also.

It would’ve been nice to have enough room for 5 in a room as our 3 children barely had a place to sleep. It is oversold on Expedia. I like the place overall though.

everything went perfect.

Because my daughter and I were traveling with her cat, the room we were given was in the same area as others with pets, mostly large dogs. Unfortunately, we had to listen to barking and/or whining dogs all night. Two people passed each other in the very early morning, and their dogs went ballistic. The owner of one of them started yelling at her dog. The walls are paper thin. I know the hotel is not responsible for dog owners who are irresponsible, but the walls could be soundproofed. Also, my daughter's cat doesn't make a sound. He stays in his kennel in the bathroom the entire time. We would have appreciated being located in a more quiet area of the hotel. We had a terrible night's sleep.

One-night stop during a road trip with a dog. The little dog park outside is a very nice feature. For a pet hotel, the place was quiet even with multiple dogs visiting. Overall, it is a nice hotel in a small circle of newer hotels off the interstate. I am not giving five stars for two reasons. First, the room doors have a quiet closing mechanism, but do not fully shut to lock completely. Be sure to pull the door shut on your own. Second, our room had a few cleanliness concerns. With my dog, I would stay here again. Without my dog, I might pick another hotel.

Very nice hotel. The breakfast area was a bit small, but the breakfast itself was good.

There are train tracks nearby with quite a bit of traffic. If your a light sleeper you will want to ask for a room on the opposite side. Overall pleased. They do allow animals, there were quite a few but no problem!! Would stay again

I booked a one bedroom suite and was given a king bed without any acknowledgment. It was blamed on system turnover? Disappointed

Tile grout missing. Room outdated. Bathroom had some updates (counter top). Bed uncomfortable, couch old and outdated (blue velvet from 70s). Desk chair old and frayed material. The Railroad tracks kept me awake all night with many passing trains. Would not stay there again.

Nice hotel and very comfortable bed. Staff was nice and accessible when we arrived. Our room faced the railway and we could hear the train at nighy, but we like white noise, so it was not an issue.

Nice property, friendly staff, spacious room with comfortable bed. Loud train passed by four times during the night. Breakfast was not very appealing and staff person was not restocking as needed.

This is an amazing property—clean and comfortable with pleasant and efficient staff.

Great stay. Quiet room, comfortable bed. TV was great. Internet worked well but slow at times. Hot breakfast with sausage and eggs. Only negative was the sausages were overrcooked. Super gym, hot tub and pool. Great value for the cost.

Comfortable and clean!

One of our rooms was great, clean comfortable and the other needed some help. Tile floor was filthy dirty (turned the towel brown) and you could hear water dripping or running all night long.

I got to hotel and checked in, hoping to get to bed early to sleep. I was on the first floor, well around 9 pm I was awaken with people on the second floor running up and down in the hallway and also seemed in the room above mine. Then not sure what time I got to sleep woke early so I could eat breakfast at 6 so I could get an early start. I grabbed what said was scrambled eggs, well they tasted like powered eggs I had in Basic Training when I was in the Military in 1974. The sausage was burnt, the apples were soft when you pick them up. I won't be coming back to that hotel.

This is the only hotel we stay at in NM. We are always traveling with a one night stay on our way to and from phx. We do this trip couple times a year They keep the property clean and the rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff make the difference. They are professional and friendly. I locked myself out of my car (well my dog locked me out actually) and Joe the maintenance guy helped me get back into my car. My mom left her insulin in the hotel room after we checked out. We called the hotel and front desk had housekeeping retrieve it and bring it down to front desk. They offered to take to UPS but we needed to pick it up. We had already drove all the way to Albuquerque when she remembered it. When we went back we need ice to chill the insulin. The ice machine wasn’t working, so Joe (again) went and got us ice from 2nd floor. Excellent service!!! I can’t remember having such positive experience at a hotel in such a long time. They are truly our choice for lodging when traveling.
