It was a nice stay. Friendly staff. Good food. Clean room. Only thing was lots of dirty wet towels left lying around in pool area on first night. Other than that was a great stay.

The staff was great the breakfast was good. It just looked run down and the pool area was dark and dirty. It didnt feel like a very nice area for the hotel.

Friendly staff, nice and quiet when we stayed there, breakfast was not good - rubbery tasting eggs, rock hard bread, stale pastries. Very small rooms for the price, but property was clean and maintained.

Checked in at 10:20 pm. Had to wait for someone to get to the front desk for about 10 mins. Told about the pool and hot tub, asked about hours only to be told it was clised, which made me wonder why they pointed it out lol... Once in the room, called front desk for food recommendations at that hour not being from the area was told there were pamphlets at the front desk, there were none; also told of a local pizza place, googled it was closed at 10. Lady at front desk was not helpful at all. Finally had to find a fast food place still open, no thanks to the lady at the front desk, to get to it was a bit of a drive..hotel location not convenient at all!!!. The breakfast wasn't worth eating, so skipped it. Hotel is located in a stupid location and everything one wants to get to is difficult to get find or get to... will definitely never stay there again.

Kids running in hall all hours of the night. Pool area unsafe due to parents not supervising children. Incident involving me getting kicked in the throat by kids coming down slide without watching. Could have been way worse my 6 year old got off just before older came shooting down. Was lucky to not have serious damage done to throat.

This facility was clean and well maintained the pool was decent with a good size slide and a nice hot tub. The breakfast was pretty good with plenty of selection and the food for the most part seemed pretty fresh.
We will stay here again for sure

The hotel is outdated and walls are paper thin. Guests were running and stomping and multiple complaints were made to help tell them to stop. The hotel staff was wonderful to deal with but for the price we paid it was absolutely not worth the money.

Great price, amenities and value. The morning breakfast was great. The pool was awesome for the family 👍 enjoyed the stay. Front office staff were friendly and helpful.

There was loud banging noises at a business behind our room that were working late in the night (1 am). The room next to us we could hear the people staying there all night. Walls were thin. Overall the hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. Kids loved the pool but unfortunately we were told the pool closed at 11 pm and after arriving to check in at 10 pm we didn’t get to check the pool out because the pool closed at 10.

Hotel was excellent! Janna at the front desk was amazing, she remembered us from staying there a couple nights before returning and was always so friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good, pancakes were yummy. Kids had fun in the pool!
The first night we stayed our room was amazing and big, then when we returned a couple nights later our room was still big, just not as big, and it smelt a bit funky.. otherwise it was great! Pillows aren’t the greatest though. If we’re ever in the Airdrie area again, we will definitely stay there.

The hotel room was very nicely laid out. Microwave fridge iron coffee machine hairdryer and and nice bathroom, comfortable beds. However it was a busy weekend with lots of kids and dogs. Kids had bikes in the halls. We were in the third floor with a loud family with kids jumping and running over our heads. So it wasn’t peaceful. Suggestion that kids are all kept to the lower floors as the pool is a big attraction and maybe people without children could be in the higher floors.

While the staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel itself was odd, it was extremely loud and noisy well into the late night hours, both inside and outside, above us and on the same floor as us. The beds and pillows were not comfortable and the pull out bed was the worst we had ever used. My son had red marks on his body from the springs digging into him. We will not stay here again.

Loved the stay there except it was very noisy. You can hear everything. Our room was on the second floor. We could hear everything in room beside us and it sounded like the neighbors above us were going to come through the floor. Hotel was great, staff was great and hot breakfast daily was good.

The staff was very welcoming during check in and every day entering the hotel, the breakfast was delicious, the room very clean and well maintained every day, the pool and jacuzzi were excellent and clean. It’s family and kid friendly. I highly recommend it!

The pool was shut down for maintenance halfway through our stay, which was disappointing. We did not know about there for the kids could not utilize that during our stay, which is why we got this hotel.

The staff at check in were amazing. She was quick, friendly, helpful and the room was wonderful. The pool and slide were a massive hit for the kids, and breakfast was delicious! Would stay here again any time.

The hotel over all way ok, it wasn’t anything fancy or special. It was a place to sleep and that’s about it, was really disappointed the hot tub was closed. The breakfast I was told was going to have bacon and sausage but only have sausage. The pancakes were ok and the eggs were skippable.
The room for the most part was clean. The table / desk thing in the room was nice but hard to close it also didn’t close fully. Same goes for the couch pull out bed it needed a lot of force to close it.
The bathroom was simply seemed clean but something felt off about it. Overall it was fine to sleep at but I’m glad it was just one night, they had quite a few things they were working on to fix which including ice machines, tub and furniture.
We didn’t get around to using the pool but the pool did look nice and was even a bit warm and had a slide.
